My project is currently not appearing in search and browse results after I made a small update to the page description. I only added a YouTube timelapse link. I did not touch the pricing or files at all.
While I have an older free/donation post on my account, this is my first project that includes a required payment option (a paid Blender file inside an otherwise free asset pack). I understand from the community FAQ that adding first-time paid content or editing a page can trigger an automatic spam re-check.
All final edits are completed, and the project fully complies with community guidelines. I won't be making any further changes.
Update: It has now been over a full week, and it seems the system is blocking my new posts/projects as well. Furthermore, I don't even have a payout/financial account linked to my itch.io account to transfer or withdraw any money yet.
What should I do in this situation? Is there any way to get my account reviewed and unflagged?
Thanks for your help!
