woah another hamster game

I'm pretty inexperienced with pixel art of a higher resolution but I'm so glad that you liked how it turned out! I was so worried it didn't turn out the greatest...

Very relaxing

love the visual storytelling in this one, the idea of a loop of working and how that was represented was really really cool!

Thats weird...? Honestly not sure what could be causing that as this is the first time we have used godot's web export...

this is brilliant and so polished and so amazing please make this into a full game i will buy it

Thanks, it took me so long to get the hamster looking right...

your comments about the movement make a lot of sense and it will definitely be fine tuned if we continue with this concept!

im glad you enjoyed the game! if only we had some more time to make more of it :(

we are trying to bring awareness to this dire cause, thank you for your concern

Love the art and the system of walking on the spiderweb is super cool!

Very moody and cool looking and sounding. Overall the game just had an incredibly unique feel, good job to everyone on this team!

i cant for the life of me get it to work correctly on the web build, and i dont have access to my windows system right now, but the art and style is absolutely fantastic and i will definitely come back to this later on when i am able to play it.

awesome art and story, and the looping concept was used in a really cool way to make a fun little puzzle, good job to everyone on your team!

This is hopefully fixed now. Thanks for notifying about the issue.

hey! the issue isnt occuring for me and hasn't occured for anyone we have tested the game with, perhaps its an issue with your browser or system? Thanks for trying though and best of luck with your submission.

I love the fact that the blimps and the sun move to the music, and the concept of the kind of barrel roll maneuver is really cool! I dont quite get how the mechanic itself works but looping felt cool so props for that!

not quite sure what is going on but the art is really really cool so props for that!

genuinely awesome, infinite style, no notes.

Honestly kind of addicting even without the limited amount of things to do. I think some kind of combo system or even a way to upgrade certain aspects to make it more like a clicker game could be a cool direction? You definitely have something interesting here, well done!

Really really cool concept! I loved the pseudo-roguelike element that the game was built around, and even though the game was really difficult I found myself wanting to get just one more card. Well done!

The implementation of the thematic elements of a school yard for this game is very fitting! The sound design was also fun and fit quite well. I would have liked some more variety but for what it is it is well made.

Thanks! If we work on the game more ill retune the difficulty first thing.

Thanks for the feedback! I think some playtesting would have done us a lot of good to find these things, but we didnt have the means... If we do continue this project ill keep this all in mind, thanks again!

Very fun and cute, aside from the penguin glitching into the boxes, no notes!

Great concept! I think the gameplay could use some fleshing out, specifically about how you scale the stars, since the scroll bar seemed too small and also too difficult to use while moving. I think you are onto something with this idea though, so if you keep it up after the jam you will have something special!

i completely understand running out of time, and honestly the game was still a ton of fun because of the sheer insanity of it, and i do think there is a lot you could do post jam, so good luck with whatever you decide to do!

i never ended up getting past the 10 adventurers because i assumed the game would keep going, but i knew there was a results screen. I felt that it would have been better if it told the player how they were doing as they were playing, to give feedback and such

would normally say this idea was pretty expected out of this theme but it really became more interesting with the combo mechanic, which ended up feeling really satisfying to knock down one tall building and suddenly see a domino chain reaction of destruction that gave me a lot of money. Maybe a couple of explosions would have made it feel even better?

there are some small things i didnt like, such as the hammer feeling a bit odd to use, with buildings requiring 2 hits to knock down and there being a cooldown that isnt shown. i would have much rather it be that each building only requires 1 hit to knock down. additionally the building mechanic felt kind of unnecessary considering that so many buildings were being built automatically

regardless of that it was still really fun to see the combo meter rack up as the city gets destroyed

the art was really nice and the idea was something completely out of left field that i never would have thought of, and made for some really fun moments that only this game could have achieved, despite this there are still some gripes i have,  such as some criteria being too picky (such as level requirement needing to be exact, instead of around the right level) which made it a bit frustrating at times, and also the fact that there was no clear goal to work towards (i couldnt see the rating at all times so i never had a clue how well i was doing)

these small gripes aside it was really interesting and would love to see this idea developed and polished further

The presentation was really nice, with the pixel art and water effects being highlights, but i feel that gameplay wise there isnt much interesting to do, as the game just boils down to a repetitive series of quick time events, but at least along the way i was able to enjoy the stellar art on display, so i would still say it was nice

overall really fun with great warioware style elements, however i wish for some of the minigames (such as the dance dance revolution style one) there were some more instructions and time to process what you needed to do before it threw you into the minigame. Besides that however it was incredibly fun and honestly really funny

also the art was a consistent win

this is like the hit game bloons tower defense

the music used was made by my friend for a game i made in scratch a few months ago, so im unsure how the same song would have ended up in another game let alone one from all the way back in 2014, but the music is fully original to the best of my knowledge.
