Legit one of the best games here.

After seeing your posts in the Discord all week about your power points and such i was really wondering what the hell this was gonna be. fortunately i finally got to experience it and i can say you hit a lot of the goals i think you were going for.

My only critique is that it is long af. to fully experience this beauty you'd have to take a good chunk out of your day(unless you are working at the Liberty Macvondan building).

The login window is a cool touch, and the opening sequence is really well done. The use of a "goal" to keep people interested in learning about working at Liberty Macdonovan comes across just as cringe as if some 40 year old Karen in HR thought it was a good idea. It took me back to the safety videos you'd have to watch before entering a job site. The presentations on different aspects of the building were great, and the experience really was that. An experience. You don't play this game, you suffer though it to earn a paycheque. and i think thats beautiful.

the game its self is a bit confusing, and there is a heck of a lot going on, that being said, it is a fun game to try and figure out. I see in the Disc you made it for mobile, i feel like that is a perfect fit for this game :)

I wont lie, i didnt make it to the end of the game, but i did like punching the hell out of those alien looking things XD

This is a really good game. like many others have said at this point, it is not a SBIG game, its just plain good. i loved playing though this game.

This is a really good game. like many others have said at this point, it is not a SBIG game, its just plain good. i loved playing though this game.

the physics for this game were easy to understand, as well as the principle of timing your way though the obstacles. both of those were done well, but the camera angle was much too low. Props for using unreal though, bonus points for that :D

I didnt really get the horror side of this game, but the idea of using sound as the main mechanic in the game was cool.

A really solid entry. having to move a single battery to do stuff adds a sense of urgency to the game which i liked

It is an interesting idea, the implementation needs some polish for sure, but it could work i think. Loved the sound, and loved the humour:).

like others have said, for your first game this was great :) keep it up

Based on the screenshots posted here, i was not expecting much from this entry, maximum a shitpost or something. Jesus was i wrong. The gameplay is great, i love the sounds, all in all a surprisingly fantastic entry.

The graphics looked great and i loved the soundtrack for the game. Must say though, the background objects were a bit confusing especially picking out what to dodge and what is safe. Still though, great entry

The sound was on point, and spamming the spawn ball button just to see the screen full of little balls was pretty sweet :)

The 2d sprites in a 3d space is a great idea, and gives this game its charm. The golf commentary in the background makes for a relaxing playthough, probably just as you intended. Great job :)

Great concept for a simple game. Love the sound, art, and idea. Had a lot of fun :D

I also enjoy shooting poor people with my tank. If tom hanks wasnt my hero before, he sure as hell is now

Am i ever going to recover from this experience? No. Do i regret anything? Also No. #NoRagrets

For the record, this game was fantastic

I think i got a little lost when searching for the point of this game. That is probably cause im slow or something though so i wouldnt worry too much about that.
I did like the randomness of the story, it made me laugh a few times, and the elevator music was fantastic (i used the exact same one in my Bachelor project for Uni XD).

This game is a standout for me so far in this Jam. Great drawings, fantastic story, just all around good. however, that being said i couldnt really find a "bad" aspect to it. Take it as a compliment or a criticism in this case, either way, its a great game. Really really well done.

The game looks really cool, and the music fits really nicely. I think the genre of game this fits into isnt really my thing, however i do think the idea is great and it looks and plays fantastic :)

Hello! Yes, for this jam anything 2d is allowed. Text based, Visual novels, 2D Platformers, pretty much anything you want to Enter as long as its in 2d is allowed!
Yes you are only allowed to start working at the start of the week. You'll get a topic to use as a base for your game, and however you interpret that topic, and where you take it is up to you. Ideally At the start of the week it would be fresh code, but i'd be lying if i said i never recycled 1 or 2 lines in my time.

once the jam starts you'll see a submit button on the Jam Page. from there you can create a game page for your game on itch.io and it will then be a part of the jam. if there are any problems or confusions, ill be more than happy to help with that.

Thank you very much! The game isn't as flashy as the other games but we were hoping it competes. Everyone worked hard on this during the week, so it is nice to hear you liked it :)

If you have any questions about the jam you can ask them here, as well as in the discord here -> https://discord.gg/kdECFd7
