I see, thanks for the tip!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I've always struggled with UI... Out of interest, did you fullscreen the game?

I'm glad you enjoyed, though :D

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback!

I don't blame you for the brute-force, especially in a jam where you're trying to play as many games as possible! I'm glad you had a good time, I've got a few ideas of things to add similar to the swap tile, so I'm hoping to have a full game eventually!

Cheers :D

Ah, did you miss the tutorial in the description? I unfortunately ran out of time to implement one into the game. Thanks for playing, I'm glad you figured it out in the end! :D

That's great to hear! (sorry there aren't more though) I'm actually planning on developing this into a full game :)

Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed :)

Greed is the last level, yeah! (didn't get time for an end screen unfortunately)

I'll try ;)

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!! I really wanted to fit a tutorial in but unfortunately ran out of time :(

The same goes for the music, I only had time to make one short track. Thank you for the feedback, though! :D

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the puzzles :)

Yeah, unfortunately I only had 48 hours when I started, and a lot of that time was spent programming (not the fastest worker).

Totally agree I should've added a tutorial, but unfortunately that was a sacrifice I chose to make in order to make more levels.

The text thing I'm not sure how to fix, but thanks for the note!

Thanks again for playing! :D

Totally understandable! I had a similar time problem with my game, ran out of time to make harder levels! Speaking of, if you get the time I'd really appreciate you checking out my game, it's very short and can be played in browser!

Again, well done on your game :)

No of course not! Great job on your game, and if you get the chance please give mine a go, too! (it's very short and can be played in browser)

thanks, don't forget to leave it a rating if you played!

Nice and simple, looks great too! Unfortunately for me sometimes I just wouldn't be able to add an ingredient, the only way to fix the bug was to submit what I already had? My only real complaint would be the sound effect, which I thought was a bit harsh.

All in all, really good submission, well done!! :)

that's what I did, but that's a fair enough justification! again, well done on your submission! :D

I agree with Ratainen, in fact, I, unfortunately, didn't even figure that out until I read their comment! I must've glazed over it in the tutorial, my bad, but I agree that a warning would be helpful.

Either way, well done on your submission!! :)

Thanks for the detailed response! That's my bad, I did notice the combo mechanic, however, I didn't notice that moving removed it! That's a really cool way of doing it. I'll definitely adjust my rating. Well done on a successful submission!! :D

Great art style, really dug the music, too. I'm a sucker for strategy games, my only problem with this one was that I couldn't really tell how much cover was benefitting me, and also that in a lot of levels it didn't seem to matter where I put my dudes.

However, this is an impressive submission, well done! :)

Really cool take on the limitation, great concept, and looks great too. I did find it a little agitating that if I messed up there was no way to clear my current recipe once I'd noticed (or misclicked). Still, great submission, well done! :)

I thought this was great, really good addictive fun, and I really dig the art style. My only complaint is that it gets a bit repetitive, and that it was a little hard for me to read what my next rotation would lead to (perhaps a tetris-style icon would help with this?).

Well done on a successful submission! :)

Really good, juicy fun. My high score was 17. I will say, I think the controls in the description are the wrong way around? (unless I misinterpreted) I love how forgiving the hitboxes are, that definitely adds to the fun and I think it was a great choice especially for a jam game. My only complaint would be that there didn't feel like there was any strategy to my decisions. Maybe if moving took up more stamina the further you traveled, so you were forced to be efficient with your moves?

Either way, great job!!

Pretty fun, music+UI was really well done. However, I think the pachinko board itself could have done with some sound effects to make it a bit jucier?

Well done on a successful submission :)

Thanks for playing! Yeah, if I'd had more time I'd have loved to implement other ideas, but alas!

Don't forget to rate!

Glad you enjoyed :)

Thank you! Yeah, the game is quite easy, unfortunately, I didn't have time to figure out some difficult levels. But that's what the future is for!

Glad you enjoyed :)

Fun game! I do agree with the others, though, the enemy spawns a little too close! Looks great, though, the concept is cool and the use of the limitation was on the ball.

Great job on a successful submission :)

Thank you so much!!

you got it!

nice and simple, and also kinda scary... Made me jump a few times!

Pretty tough game, well implemented, though! It would have been cool to have some more player feedback for hitting/being hit, though. Great job!

Fun idea, cool take on the theme (having to knock enemies off the edge of the screen like Smash Bros), my main criticism is that the game is quite repetitive and a little easy. Great job, though!

Really cool, coherent style, love the sounds and animations, the gameplay was cool, just a little repetitive (I wasn't sure what the end goal was other than to keep all numbers above 0). Regardless, a fun little game!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I actually played Onward Blocks during the GMTK jam, I totally get that comparison! Yeah I completely forgot to give some player feedback for the switch in-game. I totally get your confusion over the immediate action button, however, the actual purpose for it is to get actions off last minute (before your opponent). This allows you to block just before being attacked, or get off a second block (thus gaining a Deflect) to quickly deflect a fire attack.

Thanks again for playing! :)

I still had a really great time!! I think the comedic aspect to the game definitely made up for the slight disappointment at the end :)

Great game, very charming, played the whole thing. Extremely polished and impressive for a game made only in 5 days! (SPOILERS) Although I chuckled at the twist, I was a bit burned by the fact that there was no boss fight after all, I would have enjoyed a final mini game to play as a reward for getting through the 10 years. Overall a really solid submission, great job!

Lots of replayability and really good difficulty curve! Love the shop and its upgrades, and the movement felt really fluid! My only complaints the repetitive music and also I couldn't see how the limitation 'Boss' was applied. However, I think your use of 'On the Edge' was quite inventive. Great job!

This game looks and sounds amazing, unfortunately, despite reading the game page it was a little hard to tell what was going on. Also I, unfortunately, ran into a crash about five minutes in. Other than that, this is a great submission.

This is the best game in the jam I've played so far! Really impressed, this game is so polished and a lot of fun! My only suggestion might be to decrease the cooldown of the reflect? It seemed like I could spam it and it would still work relatively well. Great job!

Really enjoyed this one, the art style and general theme especially! My only criticisms would be that there's no way of putting down what you're holding (so sometimes I was forced to wait for someone to want what I had), and also navigating became tricky with all the collidable objects. Besides this, I had a great time!

Fun little game! Would have been cool to be able to see where the enemies were spawning so I could prepare. Great submission, though!

Pretty fun experience, fit the theme well, the only criticism I have is that the gameplay loop is a little repetitive, but that's to be expected from a game jam game! Great job.

Thank-you so much! And thanks for sticking with it, I know it can be quite confusing at first. Really glad you enjoyed the art style, too. Thanks for playing!!

I think this game was pretty fun, I played a few runs, and spent more time on it than I do with most jam games. But I will say, starting on 1hp, whilst an interesting direction to go in, I found to be quite frustrating. The healing of the balls was just too low, and mixed with the RNG of plinko I eventually gave up unfortunately :( However this is a great, polished submission. Well done!
