cute :)

Thank you so much for playing! Happy that you liked it! We werent able to make the controls better due to the time limit. However, if we ever make a post-jam version, we will fix it! Thanks for the review!

Thanks for playing! Unfortunatelly we did not manage to balance the controls due to the time limit. However, if we ever make a post-jam version, we plan on fixing it!

Thank you so much for playing! <3

The city was definitelly a challange! Mostly because its 7 layers of tilemaps used to make it feel 3D and you need to set it up in a way that makes sense for a city. The roaming people are the job of our programmer, no idea how he managed to do that in time haha! Thank you so much for playing and leaving a review!

Happy to hear that you had fun! Thank you so much for playing!

Haha, happy to hear that you had fun! Thank you so much for playing and leaving a review!

Happy to hear that you liked it! Unfortunately we were not able to balance the controlls due to the time limit. Thank you for playing!

Vroom vroom! Thanks for playing!

A timer could be fun, thank you for the suggestion! If we ever make a post-jam version, we might think of adding it! :D Thank you for playing!

If we ever make a post-jam version, we definitelly plan on adding more events and fixing up the car! But haha yeah, GTA1 was one of the things we thought about while making it. Thank you so much for playing <3

Thank you for playing and leaving us feedback! The controls arent the best and we are aware of it, however we were not able to balance them due to the time limit. Happy that you had fun tho! <3

A fun and original idea! I love the artstyle! I got stuck on a level, but I still enjoyed it. Great work! :)

An interesting idea, the simple artstyle suits it really well. The lack of audio was kinda unfortunate tho.  Overall great work! I enjoyed it :)

Amazing! Sometimes a short and polished idea is better than a long and broken one. I enjoyed this very much, putting so much thought into the details must have taken a lot of time and research. Amazing presentation, great work! A longer game in this style with different gods would be something Id pay for!

Nice game! I like the idea, it must have been hard to make it work. Im quite interested in how the base mechanic of the game works in engine, if you could share it. :D (Im not that smart on this stuff, Im the artist of our team, but Id still like to know!) Some more feedback would be nice, but nothing can be perfect in a gamejam game. Also the music didnt loop for me. Otherwise I liked it! Congrats!

Interesting! I liked it! The idea is very original, the mechanics of friendship and enemies is fun! This could be made into an interesting full small game! :) Great work!

I really like the idea! However, the controls did not do it justice.

1. the fact that you cant place tiles on the far right and far left side cause my guy to fall through way too many times. :(

2. the movement of the tiles was really choppy. I felt like I could never place them where I want to. They always slided way too right or left or way too up or down.  It was annoying.

3. getting rid of tiles would be a welcomed feature, my little guy got stuck between two again too many times.

However as I said, I loved the idea! The art was reallynice, the little guy turning around was really well done. The sound design also suits it really well. Overall, great job! I know that balancing is really hard in gamejams, so dont take my feedback too harsh please. :D Congrats!

Screw that fish.

A bit too hard, but in a good way. Well challanging.  Id appreaciate if it was a bit lighter tho, I had trouble seeing the game. And I have a friend whos monitor would just display pure black. But I really like the idea, great work!

A really interesting idea! I like it when people work with a theme they are clearly interested in. Id say that it wouldnt work as well if the theme wasnt so specific and original for someone, who normally doesnt care about history. I liked it!

Oh wow! This was really good! The mechanics worked really well, the art and music fits the game perfectly and I had a great time! Amazing work!

Thank you so much! <3

Thank you so much for the nice review! Happy to hear that you had fun! :) <3

Thanks for playing and leaving a review! Yeah, the ambulance can feel a little weird, infortunatelly we did not have enough time to balance it out more. Driving in reverse sounds interesting! Ill have to test that out! :D

Thank you for the nice review! We are happy to hear that you liked it! :D It would be fun to complete it into a small game. :D

Probably! :D Thanks for playing, happy to hear that you had fun!

I think that some of the blame is on us with the driving controls haha. Thanks for playing!

Haha, happy to hear that you had fun! Thanks for playing! <3

Thans for playing! If we ever make a post-jam version, we will try to make the driving better. :)

Haha, I kinda see it now that you mention it! :D Thanks for playing! <3

Thank you so much for the nice comment! Happy to hear that you liked it! <3

Thank you for playing! We are aware that the controls arent perfect, hopefully we will be able to fix it in a possible post-jam version! :)

Happy to hear that <3

maybe instead of using the  C,D,E,F,G,A , you could take a 6 note chord. Then change the chord used across levels, so some levels would feel sad and other happy, for example. That could make it more interesting! Or maybe using a tremolo effect for when the character walks, so it would emulate te sound of steps. Something like that could work. :D

I love the idea! I kinda wish there was some sort of a background melody/metronome/drums to fet our music into.  But this has so much potential and would be lovely to see more developed! The saving feature is also really cool! I enjoyed it very much and replayed it a few times to mess around. :)

A funny idea, I like the vibe, but the execution is a little lacking. All the buttons have the same dialogue options and as the people below said, there isnt much feedback. There is a lot of potential tho! Gamejams are hard, so Im sure that you can still be proud of yourself. :)

Amazing game" I had a great time with the puzzles! And the message was wholesome as well. :) Id suggest making the frog jumping faster at the start and the end, so it wouldnt feel so floaty. Using some sort of a tween could help that I guess? Im the artist of our team haha, so Im guessing that tween would work for that. Anyways, I had a great time! Great work!

Amazing, everyone in the team did an amazing job, everything works so well. I enjoyed this game very much. Congrats to the team for the great work!

Nice game! I enjoyed blocking the opponent by putting cards on the left side and by that making the opponent hurt himself! Overall really nice work!

10/10 masochists would recommend

Honestly an interesting idea! Balancing in a gamejam is hard, its a little unfortunate that the game ended up being so hard. But other than that I liked it! The beatboxing an original choice of music that suits it!
