That was interesting, a couple of minutes and it hooked, really liked the concept and the visuals/audio.

needs a bit of polish but that's impossible in 36hr, so realllly good work!!

Super good submission, with clever mechanics and even difficulty levels, amazing work for a 36hr jam!!

Great submission, really enjoyed playing it which is the most important thing.

Amazing art style as well. Good job.

That's pretty deep and unsettling, completely unique take on the theme ... good job!

My my,, this is a super polished submission, loved the art style and music, and the mechanics fit the theme very well.

It would be great if we could adjust the screen size or play full screen, had my face planted in the screen while squinting hahaha.

Could not complete it since it is super challenging, but very good work, bravo!!

Would have loved to have a couple more levels, certainly an interesting take on the theme.

Great work for a 36hr challenge, good job!!

Love RBH mechanics, it is sooooo satisfying ... good job achieving that!!

Loved the submission, just add some music/sfx and it would be amaaaazing.

Good luck!!

Great idea, and it's great to see a team work together to achieve this ... good job.

I just needed a gallery or something to see my collection, also there is a bug where it keeps asking me to roll four or five times and then 5 days have passed.

Anyway, great work for a 36hr challenge, bravo!!

More and more Flappy Bird mechanics pleaaaase hhhhhh.

Cool submission, and pretty challenging as needed.

Looks cool, but it definitely needs a tutorial, pretty difficult to understand what are the mechanics.

Buuuut a lot of good work on the visuals and audio, really like it.

Cool concept, and congratz on actually making it in time and submitting.

It does need improvement as the others suggested, a nice background and some music/sfx would significantly make it feel better.

Regardless, good work for a 36hr challenge!!

Pretty cool game and it's pretty polished, loved the art style and music.

I lost a few times because of the pop-up showing the new curse, it should take less screen space I think.

Other than that, great submission for 36hr challenge, good work!!

I tried tagging the download file as a Windows build, maybe it'll work now? I also put a GDrive link if it still doesn't work .... what a shame, never had this happen in any of my previous jams.

I have only uploaded a Windows build, are you on a Mac by any chance?

Tha't not too bad for only 36hr worth of work, the music isn't looping, and collecting items should have visual feedback and sfx to enhance the feel of gameplay significantly.

Nice idea and good luck.

Really like the artstyle, and I know how you feel (36hr feels too little, forgot to add a similar message to yours to my game hhhhh).

Could definitely grow into a cool game, good work regardless!!!

I like the unique visual style and audio it has, really liked the retro feel.

It also fits the theme very well, and the change of control mechanic is an awesome idea (hard to get used to but still an awesome idea).

Couldn't finish all the bosses, but liked it never the less, especially for a 36hr challenge this is really good work!!

That's an interesting idea, I like the mechanic of moving by shooting, the only problem is there is no way to get out of the edge of the level if you reach the rightmost/leftmost side.

Needs some BG music too, but it's a pretty solid submission for 36hr challenge, good work.

That's a nice concept, but it really need some quality of life additions:

- ability to move with WASD

- Better to have the slime itself have a specific color based on level, not its name

- also good audio feedback when collecting slime or losing health

But i understand it's a 36 Hour challenge so having a lot of features is not possible, good job!

Pretty cool submission, it fits the theme and the concept behind it is really clever.

A few bugs here and there but the execution is pretty good for a 36hr challenge, good job.

That's a cool idea, it is unfortunately frustrating when you never get the arrow you need. It could be developed into a puzzle game where the arrows are not randomized.

The execution is pretty good though, liked the visuals/audio, good job.

Nice submission you got there, 36hrs is a real challenge so getting something to work is an achievement, hope the experience served you well.

Give us the THEEEMEEE 😂😂!!!!

That's a cool concept, and I love how you managed to get the feel of hopelessness across.

This can definitely be expanded, really good work guys

Really great storytelling and visual style, I really enjoyed playing it. The scares were in the right place and the pacing was great.

Reaaallly good work!!!

Good submission, has great visual and setting, the gameplay could be balanced better and expanded with a few more patients.

Good work and good luck.

That was interesting from a story point of view, the graphics were not bad, still needs some work on audio and some more gameplay mechanics.

Good work and good luck.

What an awesome submission, I really loved it, and I agree with the others we need a full game based on this.

Super eerie, the interaction system is great, and it was engaging to find clues and the sequence to finish, bravooo!!!

This was a cool experience, not very frightening but the environment is unique.

I agree the locomotion feels off, and there was no clarity on whether I won or lost the game (the lights get brighter and the room smaller then it restarts). It needs a few cues to clarify.

Great work regardless, good luck.

I really tried to understand what is needed but I couldn't, the game is running like in slo-mo (not sure if it is an issue with my PC, I could literally float for 5 sec after jumping), and I think I need to stack boxes to get out of the first corridor but I never managed that with how the game was working.

Still, the visual design and the vibe are very good, as well as the audio, and the story setup is not bad too.

Good work and I hope you can iron out some of the technical issues, there are strengths to build on in this submission.

Great concept that is only held by a few technical issues, I loved the B&W atmosphere, and the storytelling as well, it has a very eerie vibe, it did not spook me but the vibe/setting was great.

I faced the same technical issues as everyone else, mouse movement is too fast (had to lower sensitivity in my own settings to compensate), and there is no smoothing of the camera movement, which makes it jittery, and the link to the theme is not very strong.

Regardless, I can see the big amount of work that went into it, good job and I hope this was a good experience.

What an awesome submission, loved the visual style and the story is just awesome.

My only comments are on walking speed which is very slow, it also can benefit from an extra shot of spookiness (Only one weird encounter downstairs in the first house was good, wanted more).

Really good job.

That was really spooky the first time, almost jumped out of my chair hhhhh.

A lot of work went into this, really good job, a few more random noises around and it'll be veeery spooky.

Best of luck.

Aaahhh what a shame the video is bugged for seemingly everyone, happy at least you liked the audio, thanks a million for your time trying my game, really appreciate it.

Such a shame the video was bugged, but I'm happy you liked the work on the spatial audio, appreciate your time trying my game, Thanks

That's some awesome feedback, thank you really for taking the time.
on 1), yeah definitely agree with you, I started with a physics-based movement thinking it would give me a lot of flexibility, time went by and it became clear a grid-based version of movement is more suitable, and as in every jam I stuck to my  guns cuz there's no time loool, will fix it after the jam.
on 2) yeah the art is a mish-mash, neeeed ... photoshop ... lessons.... asap ...

Again, thanks for playing my submission with attention and taking t he time to give detailed feedback .. really appreciated.

Another excellent take on the theme, Really like the visual style, and the music/sfx (even though they bugged a bit), needs more stuff to explore like the temple to the north, but overall a great submission for jam.

Cool idea, needs a few additions to the gameplay, like a danger of some sort to keep the player on their toes, also I don't know if it bugged only for me but I can go outside map bounds.

Good work and best of luck.

Well implemented game, would've liked to control the character with WASD as well as arrow keys.
