- Cool art and vibe. Was a little confused on the gameplay tho, I would end up in negative currency and could not buy anything and didnt really know what I was doing wrong (or right). That main menu was pretty cool, nice art.
Did you work alone, or as part of a group? (If in a group, list their names)
WirePaw and me ( Mafesto87 , Pascal in die beginning stages)

maybe a litte bit too late for the jam but someone told me its hard to understand how to play the game so here a little bit more info: you can see the controls when pressing "TAB" on your keyboard. For the Gameplay itself : there are only specific areas that do not drain your health you have to stay in them or sacrifice a collected soul to regain health with "space" . the main goal is to get the 2 legendary souls which you find by exploring. There are 2 types of trigger puzzles. The white triggers you have to navigate your boat inside to open a door. the coloured trigger areas you have to put the orb inside which has the same color ( red to red, blue to blue ...) you can pull the orbs towards you board if they are in a certain distance to you. thats basicly all you need to know .If you have collected 80 souls you can get an upgrade by trading souls for coins. you can also trade coins for souls in case you want to have a "reserve" to sacrifice for health. Hope that helps :)
Keep up the good work !! nice game
Controls feel great and the theme is well used, well done with this one!
I really like the art style and audio, but I've problem on my device that the player (or camera?) jumped somewhere and endep up I can't play it :'(
im sorry to hear that. did you have a stable framerate?
it should be stable as i only have 2 tabs open. but idk, maybe it's just my browser
Amazing what you did with the lighting
Really like the controls, the boat feels like it's cutting through the water
Amazing work. I'm still confused by the gameplay loop, but I'm sure more experienced gamers would find this fun. The art is stunning. The music is beautiful.
Sorry for the triple post!
When I saw the word "Charon" I was like "that is amazing, how di I not think of that", so extremely good interpretation of the theme, also the graphics are excellent for a game jam submission, bravo.
Only thing is the gameplay requires a bit of grinding to progress and that's not everyone's cup of tea nowadays, but I digress and I'm sure for a released game things would be entirely different.
Great job and keep it up.
Creepy art and audio environment - well done on conveying the ferryman of the dead :) It’s an excellent management trial of health depletion and time :) Good job!
I really liked the artwork and environment! There was a lot to explore!
I enjoyed the ambiance of the game and how satisfying it is to collect the souls. Great job in tying the theme together with the concept!!
thank you for your nice comment :) im glad you liked it
