I have bad news for both of you...

Nice take on the "connected" theme. I like the tight controls and the variety of enemmies. God job!

Thank you for playing my game! I really wanted to add sound an music but found myself still coding 30 minutes before the submission deadline 😅

Congrats on managing to get such a polished game out in so little time! It has so many details that make it feel like a complete game: All the card animations, the custom screen transition, music and sounds, ... even a tutorial!

Zen mode is much appreciated as someone that doesn't handle the pressure very well :D

Overall its an amazing project. The only thing I don't get is how so many (fictional) people can hate animals ;)

You created a great atmosphere just with the sound of the cricket and the limited visibility. I was getting really tense near the end when the monsters were getting closer 😱

Interesting concept, the visuals and sound definitely create an atmosphere right away.

As other have said, the controls feel a bit clunky though, making it hard to navigate. It's also tough to tell which tiles are safe, and the main objective could be a bit clearer besides just running from the purple monster.

But overall, you kept the scope nice and focused on the theme, and the vibe is awesome. Congrats on finishing the game!

Nice take on the concept. Is there a reason for the background to rotate instead of the space ship? It made me a little dizzy 😵‍💫.  Also, since the objective is always to the top of the screen, you have very little space to see what is in front of you and a lot of unused space to the sides.

Overall, good game and polishing, you even have sound effects

Honestly, the whole point of a game jam is to have fun and finish a game. There is no such thing as 'too little' for a 3 day project, just managing to cross the finish line is amazing :D

Numbers are just a way of representing how much there is of something, but you can also use other things like shapes or colors for that. Think of casino chips, some of them don't have numbers but people still can know how much they are betting based on their color.

About the incremental game, you can make the player "farm" triangles. Once he reaches 100 triangles show the player how they turn into a square. Once the player reaches 100 squares, they turn into a pentagon. I'm pretty sure I've played a game like this.

Same thing for the wood, just show the player how 100 normal woods turn into 1 silver wood, then gold, diamond, etc

Interesting concept. I am not sure it there is a goal but I had fun destroying you little city. Good job!

Also feel free to check out my game if you have time :)

I had a lot of fun playing you game. Also you managed to create a very interesting aesthetic with just simple shapes and a few colors. Good job!

Pretty chaotic game, I didn't know what was going on most of the time. Its difficult to differentiate the passengers from the enemies. I liked the idea and the pixel art is pretty good

Very chaotic and innovative, I didn't expect the animals as tetris pieces xD. Simple mechanic but very well executed, congratulations

I see that the levels are all the same after level 4, I think it should be easy to automate the levels generation and have infinite content.

A simple yet very fun gameplay loop, a unique visual style and a satisfying dive mechanic.

Congratulations on an amazing game!

Good one! At first I was trying to go back and get all the gems back but it turned out to be pretty difficult, so I had to suffer watching my precious gems get lost forever :(

Jokes aside, I liked the concept of not being able to go back or even stop to prepare a jump. Also I must confess that I had to give up after some time, the hitboxes are not very forgiving and I was always dying at the same spot, and the jump is a bit hard to control.

Solid game overall, good job on the pixel art and the lightning as well.

Good visuals and well executed. It would be could to have some type of "edit" button so that everytime you restart a level you don't need to place all the objects again. Its a fun game overall, keep up the good work :D

Thanks for the feedback :)

Very cool concept, easy to understand but really hard to master. I had to give up on getting a perfect score but managed to do 24/25 :D

Thanks a lot for your comment!

Appreciate the honest and detailed feedback, there are a lot of things to improve but I am glad that you had fun :D

I checked your game as well and its honestly amazing what you managed to achieve in just one week. I also got really invested in the fate of your cute robot. Keep the good work.

Hi! Your pixel art is amazing, I used the little bat as one of the obstacles in my game. Thanks!: https://anotterdimensiongames.itch.io/forest-scape

Thanks for these assets, they are so cool! I used the goblin as one of the enemies in a small demo I made: https://anotterdimensiongames.itch.io/forest-scape

Thanks a lot!
