Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Thank you for playing. I suspect your soft lock was on web version ? Happy to hear you enjoyed the game enough to get pass the bug.

Thank you for playing! We will be adding some fixes to address the issue in post-jam.

Great! There is a lot of game. Flipped the Theme by preventing escape instead. Won the Normal mode by failed Split path Hard mode. Killing multiple enemies at once got very loud tho. More incremental upgrades to weapons would have been better for pacing. Very solid entry :)

Really nice, left me wanting more to explore! Loved the art style. Played on Mac with controller and it worked great.  I am still confused about the Melee class, didn't seem to do any damages, so I kept fireballing everything.

Really fun and original. Loved the pacing of story voice over. Controls are the main challenge, as well as switching from crawl to ball form on top of monitor. I figured the drop without the note. I suspect the chair did it.

Nice idea with the switch between nimble flame and Bulky iron giant. Ended my run after dying 3rd time to the digger. I would have continued if there were checkpoint. The Mech smash seems useless, maybe I misunderstood how to use it. Nice visuals and Tutorial level design. A transition animation between states and jump/dash/mash sound would do wonders.

Cool entry, right on the theme. Checkpoint option is really nice. Only found the ladder ending. edit: MacOs worked well, props for that.

Nice idea. Short to the point and fit the theme. Escaped on 3rd attempt once i figured how the monster behaved. Audio was nice, gave spacial presence to the on-screen positions, a little quiet tho. Subtitles would have been welcomed.

Thank you very much for the compliment. You are correct, we are thinking about tutorial and ways to convey progression. It is counter intuitive that Killing simply discards but does not contribute to progress, we need to communicate goals better.

Thank you for playing. You are absolutely correct, we need to balance the trades and add a quick view of the vase content. Idem with progress, we are thinking about ways to make that experience better.

The Painterly pixel style is great. I failed to understand the game and died 8 times in the first room. I was wondering if I had to collect before a timer runs out, at the same time the piano plays the bass note, in order from top to bottom... only by reading the comments do I now realise the keys have a 'hurt' cycle. I admit I wasn't the most perceptive, but a sound effect and pushing the player back would have made a world of difference. Nice gameover screen, I got to see it a lot :)

Thank you for playing. Web on Mac is a gamble. I am on MacOs myself and I recommend playing local. There is a game breaking bug we are aware of on web, sorry this ruined your playthrough

Thanks a lot for playing!  We will do our best to find fixes and better explain the particularity of Bag builder / push-your-luck. Those are niche genre in video game and we should have been better at explaining. Very glad you enjoyed.

Thank you for playing!

Thanks a lot for playing ,glad you enjoyed :) This game is both a Bag builder and card game, you are correct about that. Usually in tabletop bag builder you do not look inside the bag, but since this game as many rounds that feedback has a lot of truth to it. Hopefully a post jam update if the team members schedules allows for it

Thank you for playing, twice ! I am glad you find the concept interesting. Your feedbacks are very appreciated, and very true :) The imbalance in colors trade can lead to an unfortunate softlock of sorts. We hopefully will be rebalancing and play-testing for post jam.

Thanks a lot for playing and glad you enjoyed both game design and art direction :)
There are 2 steps to progress. 1. kill the Sun Gate card ( 4x of a kind ), once that is done 2. Kill all 3 Boss cards mixed in the deck.

Unfortunately in the Mac build the Play button doesn't launch the game.
Credit and Quit buttons worked so that's very strange.
Anyway I hope you have a good Jam :)

Sadly the Mac download version is a black screen after the Jam/card intro. Escape the Cube (DEBUG) Version 0.1.0.0
Anyway I hope you have a good Jam :)

Super cool idea, clever play on the main theme! The there is great potential for a 'fly on the wall' story mode, I am curious to know what's attracting all the flies in that room...

Great pixel art and charming animation! Classic gameplay. Puzzles are difficult to balance, I inevitably hit a roadblock. I would enjoy a thematic power such as hacking a wind turbine or other way to move pieces without pushing crates.

Made it only to night 5. I enjoyed the pixel art. The Level up would have greatly benefitted from power upgrade path choices imo.

Fun and cute, consistent art direction. I would have liked less real time obstacle moving around.  I enjoyed the Puzzle mode.

Really well done. Every room as unique furniture waiting to be toppled and messed with. I almost filled the gauge, but the game became very stressful after 3rd play through. Still a very solid entry even for a genre I wouldn't usually play. Well done to the team!

Fun puzzle game, interesting use timed clicks and multiple characters pathing.
