That is some nice animation work! Can't wait to see where this goes.

Followed : Arath

Very fitting platformer for the jam's theme.

Give this one a whirl, the game sucks you into its little world - makes you want to learn more about it, and makes you feel clever for solving the puzzles.

Man was that cool. You did well at building a sense of mystery. I felt like every one of the unanswered questions had answers, I just wasn't clever enough to find them and that is what I think makes this game so cool. I'd ask for a sequel, but I like the mysteries remaining unsolved.

I enjoyed it! The boost you get from jumping on  an enemy is so addicting. And that feeling when you're sure you're going to fall to your death, only to save yourself last minute. I really wanted to create that in that feeling but I'm not sure if I managed it in two weeks. Good luck in the competition!

An MMO where... oh yeah... I'll just stop there.

Most big game studios don't have any rhyme or reason to their names. As long as the name isn't super long or hard to remember it should be fine. If anyone in your group has a strong feeling about a name, just let them use it. Otherwise, pick some random words and go from there.

For instance, I went over to a random word generator and pressed the button a few time to get:

  • Bush
  • Jacket
  • Psychology

So... Bush Jacket. Your studio shall henceforth be called Bush Jacket. Can't wait to see Bush Jacket's first release.

Did you also change the background for E.D.D.I.E's text? It's a lot easier to read now.

Thanks!

It does indeed, thank you!

Hey everyone. I've made a few games before, but never with marketing in mind. Before I make my next game I want to find out what genres are doing well, or might be small but have a large potential audience. Does anyone have advice, or good ressources for learning market research? Also, does Itch.io release statistics on their games to help me out?

Thanks for the help!
