First of all, thanks a lot for finally index my game. But i have one question, if i may...

The support system reply back to me only 3 hours ago, telling me my game has been indexed. 

Its been only 3 hours, but my game cant be found anywhere close to the top of the "recent games" tab. Can anyone tell me why is that?

Shouldnt my game be on the top of the recent games tab, cause its just got indexed.

Please answer me back and solve the problem.

PLOT:

After losing his mother, the protagonist(you) took his very first footstep on the ground of an unknown town, called, River-hill. But this town is not just a simple town like others. As the town hold many more secrets, suspension and mystery. There remains another world under this mystery which is unknown to the commoner.

It's becoming more and more difficult for the protagonist to cope up with this new maze, as he is too introvert and withdrawn to adapt this situation. And the most pathetic part of his life is this that he doesn’t know anything about his father, who might be connected to all this, directly or indirectly. 

What will happen to the protagonist?Will he able to complete the maze? Can he find his father's identity? Well… That’s for you to find out. As you will be the one to step on his shoes and decide his fate.

Since the last time, the admin warned me, I don't wanna do anything foolish. I have a question... Can I create a new topic in recommend a game? And if I can and did, will the players be able to play it? cause it's been 9 days now and the game still isn't indexed yet?

I know... It is my fault for not reading the rules and uploaded the same game through multiple accounts. And i have apologized several times for that. 

But its getting too much now. Its already 6 days since i published the game and followed everything you guys said( uploaded the game direct to itch.io... Delete the duplicate game uploaded by second account).

 But you guys arent doing anything. The support system isnt replying back at all.

If the game cant be indexed, tell me how can i solve it or at least tell me how much time exactly will it take?

*Sigh* Sorry if i being rude but please understand my situation too. Either tell what i have to do to make the game indexed. Or tell me exactly how much time will i have to wait.

But... Now, I have uploaded the game directly to itch.io (as the admin said) 19 hours ago. Yet the game didn't get indexed.

I am sorry but I am getting desperate. Been waiting for 5 days(I know a lot of it is my own fault) to get the game indexed. But please get the game public as soon as possible. If it wasn't important I wouldn't have requested like this.

In the country where I live, both paypal and stripe are not supported. But payoneer does. I have added my payoneer account as a payout method but it doesn't seem to work.

"The payout mode I use is, direct to you".

When I am trying to upload the game, this message is popping up...

" You've configured your game to be purchasable for $1.00 but you have not configured a payment provider. Until you set up a payment provider, this game can not be purchased or donated to. "

Please be kind enough to solve this problem as soon as possible. It would be a huge help.

Not every player see the devlogs before going to the games tab. I just don't understand what is causing the problem. I have previously uploaded a game through another account  and such problem didn't occur. 

Can u please at least tell if the problem can be solved or not? if yes, how long will it take? 

Or if I create another account and upload the game through it. Will it work then?

Yeah. That way, it can be seen. But it doesnt show up on the recent games tab or even on the games tab. How are players who dont know about my game public address or game name, will find it?

Its been more than 40 hours since I uploaded my project "RiverHill" and made it public. But it still isn't showing in the recent games or games tab and not even when i search it by name.
