I got a lot of rats, lost a lot of rats, thank you for the rats
Hi! Thank you so much for playing our game! That makes sense on not wanting to go through the animations each time, was definitely our quick and dirty way of reloading the level 😄
For the tracks, if you walk on a green tile, it will be damaged to red, and if you walk on it again it will disappear, making your next loop an even harder run 🏃
Thank you for the feedback and this will help us refine our gameplay description!
Very fun, I broke the shackles of space itself and rose to the grey beyond. Stopped at 50,000 as I though that was a good place to stop and felt I had cheated a little by building on one piece of land. Very fun take on the concept, love the art and character design, all very cohesive. The main menu was very sleek too. Your team has done a very nice job.
I really love the world you've made here. Spiky chicken with bugs with a side of nails will stick with me. I kept getting stuck when I had made the chicken and the topping but then realizing I had forgotten the tray, I couldn't figure out a better way to progress than to discard my chicken and start again by putting the tray down first.
The art style, sounds, gameplay are all so engaging and unique and I really love the fail state screen. You should be really proud
Wow! I absolutely love the artwork here, the take on the theme is amazing too and I love the idea of spreading the influence using my placed conspirators. You should be super proud :D
The only thing I wasn't grasping in my play-through was how I could more directly combat the loss of my credibility I built up, but that may just be me missing something
Very fun and visually striking game, everything felt like it came together to create a really fun experience. I unfortunitally could not beat many of the bosses but the way that that game shakes up each run allowed me to see a great more number of bosses than I originally would have. Congrats on the game :)
Love the visual style, fantastic looking game. Controls are good too and the body switching works great, I enjoyed trying to optimise my play by swithing to enemies that are out of detection range so I didnt have to fight them. I would say that the skeletons feel like they can't be killed by sword (but that may just be me not being good enough lol).
Excellent work, you could certainly expand on this concept if you wished, would be fun.
Aww yess, the Dragon is little cutie! Also we appreciate the feedback <3 We did play around with some ideas that could shorten the fights towards the end of the jam but decided to focus on point and click progression and face prediction. The world is certainly varied and wacky, it all just formed around the style and gameplay ideas we had for the bosses :)
Ah ! You are totally correct, seems there is no fail state text for that level which means you get stuck if you lose. Unfortunate for that to slip by and thanks for reporting. Appreciate that you enjoyed the game, each boss does have some for of point and click aspects to their level but we very much recognise that communicating that to the player was not great.
Beat normal mode with 151.14, very cool looking bosses and visual styl, the boss design is very unique. The bullet hell aspect and the chaos of it all was super neat too. Good sounds tracks, responsive movement, fun menus. Only some notes, just that Boss attacks can be hard to read sometimes and I could cheese a lot of the bosses by spamming click while spamming dash inside of them. Great game submission :)
