Loved the game, I can't recommend it enough. It inspired me to create a narrative analysis.  (One Last Game as well as Three Jogs in the same analysis)

Thanks a lot for taking the time to leave a review! Glad you liked the game.

Loved the art style, the characters were very unique and weird. The combat system was really polished and easy to use and the theme of the jam was implemented very organically. I can see a lot of potential for this to grow, great job!

Tks! Glad you liked the dialogues! Loved to work on some strategy for this jam,  so I will probably continue on the future.

Tks! Im glad you liked it!

Tks for taking the time to give a review and for your honest feedback. The jam was a great place to get feedback independent of the theme and genre, so I'm glad we participated anyway. We will continue to polish the game afterwards.

Thanks a lot for the in depth review! I know the Zero Escape Games, and of course Fear, both are great series to be compared to. Although I think my inspiration came more on the side of mixing Xcom with Resident Evil on a Lovecraftian way. Please do send me the bug report if you can, we didn't have time to test all possibilities so it was natural for bugs to appear. I'm really glad you found the game original and innovative, and the comparison with visual novels is fitting since I come from making games in that genre. We will continue to improve the game with the feedback from the jam. Once again takes a lot for taking the time to make this review!

The art direction of the game is cute and polished. The boss designs were clever and had interesting attack patterns, the bush boss surprised me. Combat is intuitive and fun. The only negative I can think of is health not regenerating between boss fights witch soft locked me. Overall great work!

Really good bosses attack Peters, remind me a lot of the fights on undertake. Great job!

The artstyle carries the whole game no doubt. The main mechanic is an interesting twist on the rhythm game usual antics. Loved the concept and execution. Great work! And best of luck on the game!

Short and sweet (it took me around 2 minutes to finish) Strong visual design. Clever implementation of the theme. I think it makes the bullet hell part more cerebral since I need to think what is the best dash angle to get the most bullets. I think that with more content this could be a great commercial product. Great work, and best of luck!

Music and art are great. Remind me a lot of early 3D arcade games. Unfortunately, the camera and controls made it a little difficult to play for me.  I thought the target change would direct the missiles, but it was not the case, so I don't get what is the purpose of it. I can tell there is a lot of technical skill and passion behind this, I think it just need a little bit more time on the oven, and will be great. Best of luck!

Amazing boss designs and sense of scale on stages. The use of color was another positive for me. With a little bit more content this could be a commercial product. Great job!

On of the best games of this jam. The theme plays an important role on the main game mechanic, which is intuitive and fun to use. The robot's designs were creative and guns felt satisfying to shoot. Great game! Good luck on the jam!

Really strong and unique art direction. The enemies have distinct movies that can be learned and are challenging enough. The only critique I have is the lack of outlook that feels necessary in this kind of combat. Overall really impressive, show a lot of technical skill. Good luck on the jam!

Amazing execution of a great concept. The boss designs and movement pattern are creative and fun to fight against. The weapon design is visceral and satisfying to use. Great use of the theme. Remind me of a game I made years ago called Bleeding Border, but your execution of the mechanic is 1000 times better. Great game. Best of luck on the jam!

The art, music  and concept are charming and fun. The whole thing looks like it belongs in the Nintendo DS catalog. The controls are a bit floaty, and it could really use some joystick compatibility. With a little bit more content I think it could be a commercial product.  Great job!

The main mechanic of placing platform is really intuitive and fun to use. The controls on the keyboard are a little bit weird although usable, and I appreciate the controller support. The main pain point for me is that there isn't much clarity of objective or if I'm doing damage to the boss. Overall, I think that is a game with a solid foundation and a lot of potential. Great job!

Interesting game. The main mechanic is unique, and I can see a lot of possibilities using it, although is hard to control. The enemy behavior is variable. The attacks and sounds are impactful. Good job and good luck on the jam!

Thanks a lot! We worked really hard on that aspect, so I'm glad you liked it!

Really nice visuals and music. The cinematic add a level of polish to the presentation. The main attractive to me was the dash based gameplay, really intuitive and fun to use. Great job!

This could be right at home in south park or 12 oz. Mouse, a really unique art style that evokes nostalgic feelings. The opening cinematic could be right out of some 2000s show, really cool. On the first boos the stage reminds me of worms and then...the stage began to break, I was so happy.  I can tell that a lot of love went into this. Great game!

Felt like sometime from the same era as Quake 2, hub selection and everything. The flight controls were fun to use and the boss designs are crazy, including epic stage transitions. The music feels otherwordly and experimental, but gets you in the mood. Really well done!

The player has a solid set of stats and the mechanic of exchanging and improving is solid enough. The music is fitting and gets me ready for action. The moveset of the bosses is varied and fun, great job on that. Best of luck on the jam!

On the negative, the gameplay and game length could use some improvements, since the battles are seconds long and the bosses don't really have any moveset (at least as far as I saw). On the very positive side, the art is amazing, oozing with charm. With a few tweaks this could be great, no doubt. Great job in what is here and best of luck in what I'm sure is coming next

Loved the art of the game, that alongside with the screen transitions and HUD made it feel like a true arcade classic. On a negative side, there is a lot of lag when the bullets collide with the bosses.  The sound and music were top notch. Nice game, and good luck on the jam!

Thanks for the review, and sure, I will.

A true horror enjoyer XD Thanks a lot for the review!

Loved the art style and the atmosphere. The menu reminds me of some game I played in my youth so pleas for the nostalgic feel. The gameplay could use a little bit more polish, and the trade mechanic felt like a necessity more than a choice. Overall is a good game, good luck with the jam!

Great gameplay loop, the risk reward system kept me engage in a long time. The art is really fresh and remind me of a lot of 2000s band cover art. The amount of polish that this game has is outstanding. Great job and good luck on the jam!

I think this is one of the smartest games of the jam on the developer's side. You managed to create a lot of really good content on top of a simple but great gameplay. The enemy and menu design is top notch. Congrats on a job well done, and good luck on the Jam!

I love that the first guy literally pushes pencils as an attack. The character design carries this game hard. Also, the bullet patterns are really well done, which is fundamental for any good bullet hell. My computer didn't play sound in your game for some reason (I'm with headphones if that helps). Also, the game could use a tutorial, but is intuitive enough. Overall great work, and good luck on the jam!

This game slaps hard! Took me right back to the times of the arcades.  On point SFXs VFXs and Animations. Also, I didn't expect it to have an overworld section.  The tutorial was one of the best I have seen in this Jam. Amazing work!

Solid boss design and polished presentation, was surprised to see cinematic. The gameplay feels more tactical than most bullet hells which I can appreciate. Great job!

Has an amazing atmosphere between the creepy Lovecraftian art and the music/sfx. Great job!

Loved the enemy design and the environmental destruction as a mechanic for opening new parts of the map. I think if you lean on those elements this game could get really far. Good job and good luck on the jam!

Great art style, remind me of a mix between megaman and My Life as a Teenage Robot. Good luck on the Jam!

Has a really solid art style. The boss move set is varied and creative. The cinematic presentation gives it an air of quality.  Amazing job!

This one blew my mind with the amazing boss design and attack patterns, hard as nails as well. Really good job!
