Support got back to me about this and I did mistype the email on the account when I changed it (I missed a letter), so the verification went to an email that doesn't exist. I've tried making a new account with the properly spelled email but I can't use the same username as it's still taken.

Hello! Galaxsea Games is gearing up to release a demo for our farming-inspired stat-raising vn hybrid game by Otome Jam's deadline, July 1st and need some additional help to finish background assets. To read more about our game, view the itch page here. Here are some examples of what the current BG style looks like:
There's around 13 images that need to be completed (some will have 3 variations to account for time changes as the game has a day-night cycle) and me and our other artist would really appreciate a third person to help us out as we have lots of other visual assets to produce.

Hello, I sent an email to support but was unsure if it would be seen/addressed as the email I sent it from is apparently not attached to the Itch account I'm trying to log into. The request number is 208932.
I've tried logging into my secondary account but unfortunately forgot the password, I tried to request a password reset but received an error that there are no accounts with any email address I tried to enter. I've seen similar problems posted but there aren't any written solutions in those threads aside from posting here and contacting support.
Your team's hard work really shows through with how polished this game turned out. The gameplay loop was easy to get the hang of, although it would have been nice to get some prompts on the first day. For example, once the bag got full I didn't realize that it would affect the character's movement speed and that I could go back to the hole to drop off candy, or that I could go back to it even if I didn't reach the quota yet. Otherwise, very enjoyable and well done!
This was such a lovely game, definitely one of my favourites. I really related to Emily's struggle, being an artist and doing it as a job, the burn-out is inevitable and often times it's so easy to lose sight of why we liked art to begin with. Sometimes all you do need is a break, a nice cup of coffee, and someone to talk to! Though the game was a bit buggy at times, it barely retracted from the overall experience of the game.
