Wonderful game, and great concept! The whole atmosphere and amazing art really made the game really captivate me. Honestly, it made me want to run a coffee shop! I liked the game mechanic of piecing together a true image of what the character was feeling, and also the drawing. It felt like an interactive storybook and I love that! Super well done! Thanks so much for participating in the gamejam!

First of all, it goes without saying, but this is a beautiful game. The artwork is pleasant, polished, and soothing. Really hopes tie the whole thing together.
I particularly enjoyed the premise of an immortal sage just chilling in a coffee shop. So many stories of immortality are grand in scale. So dialing it down to the day-to-day lives of individual people is an interesting change of pace and relatable. I would love to see the story of this being and the people they meet continue.
I also enjoyed the nice mechanical twist. I was particularly excited about the coloring. But in my personal experience, I had a hard time selecting colors and spaces to fill in. I think there might have been some technical issue.
Overall, an amazing entry for the jam! Congrats for a job well done.
Fantastic artwork! And the story is lovely too. And also very relatable ;v; I had a few hiccups with the photo mini-game, but otherwise it was a great experience!
What a lovely little story.
I totally get how Emily felt, since I had some blockades while writing for this jam.
The little gameplay parts are a nice addition, and help staying focused. At least for me it helps not just reading and clicking through, but actually looking at everything and that makes me enjoy it more.
Such a great Visual Novel. I thought it also hit the theme very well.
Beautiful Story Game! โ
Things I enjoyed โ๏ธ
- The graphical style was very cozy! (My favorite This Jam)
- Story was fantastic, loved it!
- I like the little gameplay mechanics trickled in, like fixing the photo or finishing the sketch.
Things I would like to possibly see with your title. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
- So im not really a story person, so as a person playing a very Story Driven game, made it slow for me to play, this game is well made but not for me. You'll notice that in the stream, but overall this is a beautiful game!
Overall ๐
This is the nicest art style I have seen in a long time! Everything feels very cozy and beautiful! Great, great work on it! The story is great, sure I got lost at some points but thats definitely a personal problem!

I streamed my experience with your game at 1:26:45 if you'd like to see my reaction playing your game! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1947233924
This was such a lovely game, definitely one of my favourites. I really related to Emily's struggle, being an artist and doing it as a job, the burn-out is inevitable and often times it's so easy to lose sight of why we liked art to begin with. Sometimes all you do need is a break, a nice cup of coffee, and someone to talk to! Though the game was a bit buggy at times, it barely retracted from the overall experience of the game.
The artwork is so pretty! I would love to play more if you ever add to it, the barista looks pretty cute :3
Never rains where I live, so loved the cozy rain cafe vibes to death. Story made me feel warm inside. Worthy of me inputting my real name for extra immersion. Just don't steal my identity if you have it logged please :,)
This is a piece of art, the narrative is inmersive and the art and colors are so calming.
There might be a few bugs, but the presentation is so good that it dons't really matter.
I don't specially like visual noves, but this one melt my heart. The story is so relatable, finding the courage and inspiration to innovate is incredibly hard, doesn't matter if it's clothes, music, art, games... The creative process is hard, challenging, sometimes infurating...
Many people fail to persist in what they love doing, sometimes they stop trying because they think they are limited by there current skills, or some sort of barrier that stops them from finding success.
I think a successful artist is the one who learns to love what he does, the one who enjoys what he has.
Also, it's a very good take of the theme, some people would love to be inmortal but it is usually considered a curse. This man has a good heart because he helps people when he himself can't enjoy life anymore, maybe he should also take a break.
This looks so good and it's a perfect fit for this jam.
I thought the puzzle game was pretty well implemented. The coloring portion didn't work very well for me things just didn't work how I expected.
Amazing! The art was nice and cozy, and I liked all the little minigames you included alongside the story.
Very cute. I like the immortal being just enjoying helping strangers for once as opposed to harvesting their blood or enslaving their immortals souls.
Also, a bit o a bug: the puzzle pieces got stuck behind her portrait when I dragged them there.
