This ping pong game is kind of impossible.

Você já pensou em como o "Diga isso de novo?" meme ...

Anyway, jokes aside, the game is VERY creative, I just think the theme got a little sidelined because it became impossible instead of invincible. But it's an EXCELLENT piece of work.

We tried really hard to add more content, but there were some problems with the art and programming, and... I had to cut a lot of content :(

THAT'S IT!!! CHEERS! 🧃🧃🧃

Oh, the game is really good... BUT I'M SKILLED :(((

Like, I found the concept of protecting the city from a tardigrade really funny because well... it's a tardigrade. But I think I just played badly and didn't know how to move the turrets well enough to defend for more than 3 waves.

Anyway, great job, the graphics were cute and the music was banger.

Your game is really creative, congratulations. It reminded me of a mix between Plants vs. Zombies and Punch-Out!!, and the graphics are great.

Oh, and I discovered a bug where if you press to attack and defend on a laggy device, she does both actions at the same time lol. Anyway, great job, it was fun.

Oh, thank you, it took me a while to get the movement working smoothly...

Regarding the resolution, the game supports fullscreen if you press Alt + Enter, but I should have made that explicit :/

Anyway, thanks for the feedback, I'll try to fix the camera when the jam is over :D

Thanks for the feedback <333

Well, the invincibility comes from the cursed dagger after you kill your enemy... Well, I couldn't make that very clear in the gameplay, but after killing an enemy you have a period of invincibility to combo or escape.

(Oh, and thanks for praising the bouncing, I really enjoyed doing it and thought no one would notice.)

"Hey kitty kitty, wait... NO... THE ZOMB-" *boom*  "NOOOOOOOOOOO"

It would be really fun to have a mode where my cats don't explode LOL, and I appreciate you doing all this alone, I'm also EXHAUSTED even working in a group (14 hours sitting in a chair isn't for everyone).

I wasted 20 minutes of my life... ONLY TO BE THROWN IN MY FACE THAT THE KITTENS DIED BECAUSE OF ME??? MAN, I FEEL BAD...

Anyway, after being told I'm a monster, I can say that this game is one of the gems of this jam (I'm kind of a skill issue, I guess, I only killed 1200 of them).

WOW, what a beautiful game. It's my favorite game from this jam so far, the art reminds me a lot of Hyperlight Drifter (probably already said that lol).

It's probably just a skill issue on my part, but I felt like the game didn't have a skill curve, instead it started difficult and maintained that level (probably because I have the skill of an IGN roperter, again). Anyway, great job!!!

Your game looks really good, it's a shame that when I shoot my browser crashes :(

Anyway, the graphics are cute and the music that plays when they discover me is really banging too (in fact, during the 5 minutes of gameplay I had, I couldn't stop thinking that the floating head in the corner reminds me of Jackblack).

The game is PERFECT... I'm starting to suspect they worked on it before the game jam even started, it's so perfect, oh my god, what a beautiful game.

Os BR manda mt KKSSKKSKSKSK!!! O jogo é lindo e divertido, bom trabalho :3

Well, that was fun, good job!

Hey, your game is practically perfect, I loved it. Like, the idea of delivering people by throwing them around like I'm the Brazilian express mail service kind of appeals to me, but... I don't know how that fits into the theme. Because, like, everything there is kind of indestructible and stuff, but it's not a general focus of the game... Anyway, your game is great :3

The game is quite interesting, I couldn't finish it because... skill issue. I feel it lacked horizontal speed when releasing the character, but overall the movement is surprisingly good, congratulations. Your game is great, it just needs some life improvements lol.

WOW, WHAT A GOOD GAME! I think the bears appear very frequently, making the game quite difficult, in a way I'd say is necessary... BUT the music and art are cute, and that's a good thing (even though I think it needed a little more Juicy).

Anyway, it's a great game, congratulations Diddy Blud, keep making games because this one will definitely be saved in my "files".

It seems like a cool game, even though I didn't quite understand how to play it... The graphics are cute, and the premise is interesting, good job overall :3

I didn't quite understand what to do, but it might be a skill issue on my part... But the graphics are cute and really made me want to try learning again (even though I didn't succeed LOL).

Anyway, it seems like a good game, congratulations.

Thanks for the feedback :D

Firstly, my team thought it would be more intuitive to turn the crank the way it is in the game (clicking on it and turning) instead of it automatically turning because there was already an arm that moved with the mouse. I'm making a new build for when the voting period ends, and I'm trying to incorporate all the feedback I received.

Most of these bugs are due to the fact that I played very long sessions with few breaks to rest, so I couldn't think properly about solutions to the problems that occurred.

Oh, and about the theme? It's included from the beginning when you click play... Like, every time you finish a mini-game, their brains grow and evolve as a species, going from the Homo Sapien era to the modern era (having to pay bills).

Obrigado pelo feedback, é um bug da versão web, se você tentar a versão de Windows baixada não ocorrerá este problema :/

I'm not a huge fan of Vampire Survivors, but I quite like roguelikes. The game's art is really cute, I was playing frantically until... I died, without even seeing that my health bar was going down D:

But overall it's a good game, I liked the idea.

Your game is really cool, the graphics are... muah, picturesque, and deliciously crunchy. Just one question... Was your game inspired by Diep.io? For some reason, your game reminded me of it quite a bit, and that roguelike factor added a lot, good job.

The gameplay is really fun, the graphics are super cute, and... apparently you made a hyperrealistic game, because everything can be solved if your credit card has no limit lol

As arte são muito fofinhas, principalmente vindo de um falante da lingua portuguesa, aprendiz do meu mano NoNe, o que dá uma valorizada braba. Continua nessa que tu vai longe :D

The game is quite short, but HOLY SHIT, THE GRAPHICS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I was very surprised at how cute and deep the game turned out, and I bet it was made with a lot of care. An excellent job, I'd say.

The game looks cool but... I couldn't even get past the first interaction, like, no matter how many times I press to interact, nothing really happens, which is sad because I really wanted to review your game :/

Anyway, from the screenshots it looks like a cool game.

Oh no, I forgot to put A and D in the Balance, sorry about that, I guess... And the mini-game ended in a few seconds? The "INDUSTRIALIZE!! (Turn the Crank!)"? I really don't know how that happens, because most of the time I play it doesn't happen, maybe I should review the code when the voting time is over... Sorry about this bug :/

Anyway, thanks for the feedback, I'll probably pay more attention next time :)

(1 edit)

Yeah, apparently this bug is only in the web version... Whenever I make a web version of my games, I have a problem like this, which is really annoying, but that's life. I added the names and instructions for the Mini-Games to the description; if you want to take a closer look at the game, it would probably be more fun than without it, lol.

Oh, and thanks for the feedback, it's good to know you liked the art. We literally had to send it with 30 minutes to spare because the animations were TIME-CONSUMING haha, so thank you!

(ps: I couldn't remember the name of the game, so I had to use what I remembered off the top of my head from MindWare, which made it a bit more original lol)

Oh, playing this was really fun, but I had trouble repeating the same sequence dozens of times, hehe... Maybe I'm sounding like an IGN journalist, but I think it lacked some save points that would have made the player's life easier, but apart from that, your game is really cool and BEAUTIFUL. Overall, it's an excellent job, congratulations!

I thought the concept was really cool, but I think the execution was slow...

It took me a long time to understand how it worked properly, until I saw there was a tutorial, so... I guess it's my fault for not understanding...?

Like, I thought it was really awesome when the windows started shaking and going towards the SWALLOWING WINDOW MONSTER, but for some reason my chocolate drop window disappeared, so there was no way to feed it anymore...

Then I just started hitting the battery against the wall and it got stuck to the wall, and that was funny. It was a pretty cool game, good job :)

I found the concept fun and the gameplay quite impressive; it's definitely a great job. But for some reason, my plant kept taking damage from boxes that I assume had already left the screen, but life is generous, so let it go. Good job :D
(Oh, and the Game Maker 6 explosion effect is gorgeous, I think it's hilarious, and I added it to my game too!)

You guessed right... For some unknown reason, when exporting the project to HTML, Game Maker strangely messed up the depth layers and the instructions ended up behind the Gorilla, which wasn't the case moments before I compiled it on my Mac...

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try to pay more attention to that next time I try to export to HTML, lol.

LOL we definitely didn't steal the idea from Wario Ware and Dumb Ways to Die, we would never do that, hehe, thanks a lot!

WOW, I wasn't expecting you here... Thank you!!! You have no idea how much this comment brightened our day.

I found your game very fun and JUICY nice job!!! I don't have many complaints other than the game flow, which is very short.

Gameplay -> Menu -> Gameplay

It's not a critical flaw, but believe me when I say, it MAKES A HUGE difference to pause the game so the player can process what's on a death screen. Aside from that, your game is one of the best in this jam, without a doubt.

THANK YOU!!! >:333

I thought about adding 1/2 to the battery limit, but whenever I did that, in EVERY test with my friends, they ran out of battery.

I thought it would be better if I made it easier, so that less experienced players wouldn't die in the first second of the game and quit, which happens quite often with my games that have a very high difficulty level.

That's awesome, haha! I really liked yours, but I confess it took me a few seconds to get the hang of the controls... and the plane's collision area was much larger than I expected, which caused a little discomfort where I thought I could pass without touching it and... I couldn't, lol.

Oh, I couldn't quite figure out what drained and what added battery, but overall it was really, REALLY fun to play your game :D

I thought the movement could be a little faster and more dynamic, and... a few times I got stuck inside the enemy, but apart from that it's quite addictive, good job :D

Touhou lore :D

I think it could have a visual indicator of how many lives I have left. I also found it a bit difficult to understand if I've already been hit or if I'm about to be hit, because the collision distance to take a hit is much smaller than the plane's sprite. Aside from that, it's a GREAT entry, in fact, I think it's one of the best.

(Except for mine, of course, because there are no crows involved lol)

Oh, thank you for the feedback, I tried to make the clouds yesterday at the last minute, but I couldn't find a way that looked good and plausible. Maybe in a future update I'll fix and improve it as much as possible ;D

Your game is beautiful and has enormous potential... But it took me a long time to understand the controls, and when I finally did, it felt like I hadn't understood them before.

Maybe if the cloud collisions were bigger, and there was some indicator showing if I'm going to miss and go straight past, or if I'm going to hit and stay alive, it would help. Aside from that, it's a GREAT game, and I'm even envious of your graphics.

Good Job :)
