Thanks for the feedback, in hindsight we should have made the first puzzle a bit clearer to solve. I did attach a walkthrough in the game description but you have to remove a loose rock from the wall to get the items to escape the cell you start in. Never occurred to us that it may be a bit too hard to initially find leading to your experience. As with any game, having some more blind playtesting would help prevent this issue.
