Hi I am a 27 year old programmer who wants to make some friends and work on a game with people. I have been making games in my spare time for 7-ish years now and am tired of working on projects alone. I am confident with my programming skills and have some experience making music. I am looking for an artist/game-designer partner to work with and make some cool games. I currently would like to make a 2D game be it an RPG, platformer, bullet hell, or something entirely different. I am pretty open to anything. I typically like to have some narrative element in my games. I want to also work on a game that we could possibly sell for some BIG BUCKAROOS!!!! but am open to working on a free game as well....
I have a couple ideas for games but I would rather find an idea for a project that we are both excited for.
Great Game! It has a really nice style too it. I really liked using the enemy bullets to get my lives back. The music and sound effects were very nice as well.
The final boss really must have hated the floor by the end lol.
Nice Game! I really like the black and white shader effect. Also the sound design was very good. I thought the room transitions were a little abrupt. Also, I though the hit box for the guys that moves when you are not watching should probably be a little smaller (I died several times when I was just trying to squeeze by some lol). Otherwise great job! I made it out of the forest and back to my house. I assume that is the end?
Holy cow, this is so cool! This game has a lot of style and charm. It took me a second to realize I could check objects I was standing on top of. I found her in the end.
Nice Game! I really like the aesthetic. Watching the ball guy's body change when you equipped new arms or legs was really cool! I do feel like I would have liked to spend my money without needing to die. I also think the enemies might have taken a little too long to kill. Other than that, the game was great! That ending was pretty spooky!
This is great! I don't think I have played a second person game before. The monster's teeth and breathing were very cool! One think I should note is that I found sometimes the game crashed when I went too close to the red door. It also crashed when I went through it after it was unlocked.
Interesting game, I like the use of live action footage and the frog movement. I did find the shift key mechanic a little hard to use. I was able to get large jumps somewhat consistently though. I got to level 4, but felt like I didn't see a place to jump after I jumped on the first large cube.
Nice game! It had a very nice artstyle. I did run into 1 bug where I died when the gravity was reversed and it never reversed back. I also liked how the boss fight got more difficult as it went on.
Nice game! I love collecting creatures for my party! I like the style a lot! At one point I had a party of mostly geese (epic). I made it to level 11. Does it just keep going or is there an final level that I haven't reached yet? Also, was there a way to restore the sp for your creatures? I felt like I could only use them for a little while before it became more beneficial to swap it out with a creature with fresh sp points. I didn't really want to do that since I get attached to the ones already in my party lol.
One thing I think I should mention, is that the portal's glow sometimes gives away it's location in the maze. It colors the ground and part of the wall a little even if I am on the opposite side of the wall.
Great game! This one was a lot of fun! I really liked the music in the game and the puzzle backpack idea is really cool! Some of the items though incentivized me to not buy more since they could weaken my gun. At some point, I pickup the sweatband and didn't want to get more items more than 3 items since it made my gun so strong.
Nice game! Those last two levels are pretty hard! I liked how you used different models for the later levels. The game also had a very nice atmosphere!
Nice game! I like the sound effects and thought the overall presentation was very good. The gun was very fun to use too. I think maybe the crystals could be a little bigger, or glow to make them a little more visible. I missed them my first time through. Great game though!
