Wow, thank you so much for the feedback! Those are some really great tips, and I'll definitely want to look into them further in the near future. Regarding the last part of your post, I think most of the issues we had with the level design itself wasn't necessarily because of too many variables, although that could be a factor, but rather just a very short testing stage. We didn't give ourselves enough time to test to make sure everything worked as intended when it was exported, and as a result some of the levels in the actual game were a little unpredictable. That should be fixed after the jam is done.

That's funny you mentioned the font; we were going to change it out but didn't have any fonts downloaded other than Unity's default ones, so we used Ariel, one of the most common word document fonts :) Using symbols is a good idea we hadn't thought about, though. We might have to try that.

Thanks again for the great feedback! It's really appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback! That’s good to know that the difficulty ramps up too quickly. After the jam is over, we’ll add some more levels that introduce the player to the new mechanics :)

This was a great concept! I liked the music a lot, and the gameplay was pretty fun. Like others have mentioned, having some more visual feedback would be nice. Aside from the poison pool art, I think having a bigger visual indicator for what side the die lands on would be good. At first, I struggled with understanding how the spells were used at all, and I think that having some ui that shows the player what side the die lands on could work well to help explain when and why a spell is used. Also, I think that increasing the player speed or decreasing the enemy speed could help. Currently, it feels like the enemies are just a little too fast. Other than that, great job on the game!

The graphics and music fit really well with the a 007 theme! I also really liked the mission briefing in the game page, it was a nice touch. Also, the gameplay was a lot better than similar games in the jam because of the ui on the left that shows where all the numbers on the dice are. However, I feel like it could feel more like a James Bond game if you added enemies into the game. I wasn't able to get past level 7, so maybe you already added some in the later levels, but if you didn't then having some that stay in place would be cool. Maybe D6 needs to go around them without getting spotted, or somehow alter the environment to kill them.

This is a really well polished game! The core mechanic is so much fun, and aside from the D4 spawning in too frequently, it feels really well balanced. I can't really think of any good feedback to give, but it might be worthwhile to experiment with adding new sushi that have special abilities, or ones that drop special dice.

Also, I can't believe that someone got 887,000 on this, that's crazy!

That was a cool game! I especially liked the art style for the janitor :) I think the hitboxes on the enemies could be smaller, as it currently feels a little unfair as is. Also, adding some music and sound effects would help.

The sound and graphics for this game are really great! Having a title screen with the controls and an exit button would have been nice, and, like most people here have pointed out, showing what number the die will land on would be helpful, but other than that it was a very cool game!

That was a really fun game! I liked the gameplay, and it would probably work really well as a mobile game. The graphics and audio were nice, and aside from a few bugs with hitboxes, everything felt good. One small suggestion I have would be to add another element to the game to make it a little harder. Maybe overtime, the ball gets faster or platforms get harder to find, that way the difficulty ramps up if you play long enough.

That's a really unique game! It looked really polished, and the text on the right hand side was very helpful. I think in the future it might be a good idea to reduce the amount of times the player has to click, as it felt a little much as is. Also, and I don't know if this might make it easier to play or not, but showing the player what the correct answer is when they get it wrong would be nice.

Glad you liked it! Yes, level 2 is possible, however it is much harder than intended. The platform switches after you hit the button a second time, which is unintended behavior and makes is somewhat difficult to complete.

Yeah, the space bar bug was something we noticed right before the deadline to submit games, and we ran out of time to fix it. Sorry about that!

Ooh, that's a really interesting idea. We might try to implement something like that after the jam is over, thanks!

Very cool game! The character movement was very smooth, and the map was really fun to go around to dodge enemies.

Very interesting concept! It could use some more content, but seeing as it was 48 hours it's still really impressive to have something published!

This was a very unique game, and I loved the graphics! My only feedback would be that at the start the fighting feels a little boring, with the only option being to constantly punch. Other than that, though, it was very fun!

Very cool game! Like most people already said, the art and music is great, and the puzzles are nice. However, I felt like the sensitivity was a little too high, and there were some points throughout where if I tilted the camera far enough the screen would turn a dark red color.

I really enjoyed playing this. It had easy to learn mechanics, it does a great job of explaining everything, and it is really creative. It would be nice to see some more advanced mechanics after the first few levels, but for a 48 hour game this is impressive!

Very cool game! It's a little hard to get the hang of at the start, but after you've figured it out it's very enjoyable!

This was a really fun game! I liked how the attacks were made and that they did different things. It might be nice to have an enemy health bar. Definitely a good game.

I noticed that there was an error message with the player, it didn't seem to effect my ship's health at all when I was hit, no matter how many times. This could be a very fun game if there were more enemies and a way to see the stats during the gameplay. Still a pretty fun game though!

Thank you for the feedback! Yeah, we had a few features planned that would have made the "Play All Levels" and play button make sense, but we ran out of time. Originally, there was going to be a score for each level based on how long it took to complete, so we wanted a start button for when the player was ready. Looking at it, it probably would have been better to scrap the idea when we realized there wouldn't be enough time.

I liked that I can level up my character, but I think that it could be made better by making the dice enemies have less health and increasing the firing rate. But it was a fun game!

That was a fun game! The character animations were really amazing. I think having clearer instructions on what to do would have helped, and also the particle system was a little wonky, but other than that it was pretty good.
