Oh that's very creative! I liked feeling like a puppeteer making all the rooms do what I wanted to get my agent through safely... until I was too slow.

Thank you for the kind words!

I liked the underwater light caustics and the joy of launching pufferfish at the giant sunfish. There is a lot of charm to this game and is well done for the tight time constraints of the jam!

The concept of swapping my mask for different effects/enemies is a cool one. Building a game in such a short time limit is hard and you should be proud of what you built! I had had fun playing around in the first two levels, but alas the bee was beyond my skill level.

The music transition upon escaping is so good! And the hi-def graphics are so impressive for a game jam! Well done.

I have successfully ignored all instructions and had a great time doing so. Well done great entry

1282m for a score of 9003! I had fun blasting my way across the map.

I felt like I was saving a quiet mountain snowy town! I love the particles and voice lines. Took a bit to get the hang of the controls, but once I did the dispatching tension was super fun!

some phat sax in that music and I love it. I also loved when I found a 7 with a mustache and a purse. Delightfully silly and enjoyable; well done!

Ahhh I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it more clear what you were supposed to do! I'll see how I can improve that in a future iteration. (The top word is the goal e.g. NINE is supposed to go to FIVE, with each stopping point needing to be a valid word).

Thanks for the compliments!

Glad you enjoyed it!

WOW! I wish I could give a 6th star for sound design on this; it is soooooo smooth. You really nailed the atmosphere with the color palette, art style, music choice, pacing... I think this might be my favorite game of the jam so far.

I loved the acceleration of the main character. It felt really nice to just move around in your world. Well done and great entry!

The satisfaction of landing the hits was on POINT! Really nice integration of sound effects, visual impact, and response from the inputs.

Who knew pushing a single button would have so much depth to it? I like the take of interacting with the countdown and not having it just be a simple timer. Very clever idea.

oh we've all been there before. though I imagine pushing heavy chests around while uhhh holding it in would be very taxing.

haahah I had a lot of fun on these puzzles. Well done great entry.

Ooooo I love your take on count down! Leaving a feather behind and then picking it back up for more flaps fits so well! So simple, yet so much gameplay complexity. I really enjoyed it.

The polish on this is really niceeeee. Sound effects are great, unlocks feel smooth, and the tension wanting me to be able to spend more is great. My only nit would be adding an earlier money sink to help me feel like I have hope of spending it all faster ;)

I love the space taxi idea that's very cool! I wish I could have figured out how to pick up passengers, but I had fun flying around the universe.

Very clean art style! Great entry :)

Sometimes during development I would make scenes just to roll more letters :P

Thanks! I had a lot of fun on the sound design :)

Yay I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the compliments.

I spent way too long cultivating and breeding my little squishy farm friends. What a delightful entry!

I only got 23rd :( but I had fun! Your art is so good! The cards are clean and the atmosphere is on point. The floating particles in the night are especially delightful.

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm impressed you got so far, many of these puzzles are NOT easy.

I love deckbuilders and this terraforming one has a lot of potential! I'm impressed with all you did in the short jam. The card art style is so cool!

I'm glad your grave error ended with this gem and not in the grave. I burned and spike so much lettuce in your name.

I enjoyed your multiple tie-ins to the jam theme: air running low, descending the depths, bomb countdowns. I had a lot of fun going deep :)  What's the best you've seen someone get to?

I'm definitely a sucker for thinking games :P

(1 edit)

good thing I got a coke first try... and the next try the music started and oh boy was I in for some good laughs and a good time. 10/10 would push the button again.

nice take on the theme and getting a working game done!

Clean presentation, beautiful polish. Game felt nicely intuitive even skipping the instructions ;) I could really feel the pressure as those new letters started popping up, giving a nice balance with subpar words slammed early to guarantee points.

bum bum BUM bum. I enjoyed the winning sound a lot. Great job completing a jam entry!

nice polish, especially for your first GMTK!

Clean cozy art and a creative take on the theme! I wish I could type the letters I saw, but other than that I had a lot of fun seeing how long I could keep the timer alive!

oh boy I have sold some TRASH art. delightfully silly great entry

OMG the don't pay option sliding out made me laugh out loud. A bit too real.

I have gotten stuck on the introduction of the yarn ball but I had a delightful time getting shocked on the way there. I particularly enjoyed the tube-town connections between the levels and the opening of being just one test mouse in a giant pile making my way to the puzzle rooms. Very Portal-esk. Well done!
