Thanks. You might be the only one who's said this game easy (as a dev I feel it's easy too, but then again, I know from the start how everything works...)

For now there actually is only one such part where you fall and have to climb back again (the rotating platforms).

On fixed version there's another one like that (first water platform, if you fail you'll have to climb fast back up and try again, or drown) but I'll be sure to add more since I want to develop this further and see where it goes. Basicly, I want to use such means to teach mechanics and after player is familiar with it, I want to test player if it truly is mastered.

I also hate floaty jumps in games.

As for art. Szadi art. and Luiz Melo (Unity asset store) are both awesome pixel artists and I'll definately use more of their assets in the future.

Nice polished game, I had trouble figuring out how to rewind, but got it eventually. cool graphics with simple shapes.

Short and simple "Point and click" adventure (I know it's not point and click, but it has that kind of feeling to me) Nice animations. Good job

This reminds me a little about a game I loved back in 90s, chip's challenge. with a twist. Nice game.

Rated, tho I had to rate based on video, since I didn't get partner (I did try discord, but I didn't see anyone online and got bored on waiting)

Sadly I couldn't find anyone to play with even from discord, luckily I found playthrough video and can say something by what I saw: This game looked fun, reminded me a little about portal 2:s co-op mode. Graphics are nice and simple and puzzles are well thought for 2 players.

rated, I liked your game  too and I'll be stealing some mechanics (like the "trampoline" bridges)

WOW, I'll definately steal some of the rewind mechanics for my game.
I liked the simple pixel graphics and atmospheric music. The implementation of rewind mechanic (rewind gun) You managed to find a way to use it on enemies too with more than just rewinding them. There's also a lot of content (I didn't finish it tho, sorry) Puzzles were great too! for me the tutorial "section" was too long and I would've cramped some of them in same level.

Nice game, I like top-down shooters. I did softlock myself tho and didn't bother to finish game after that (one of the doors closed and my rewind was on cooldown). graphics and audio complemented each other well. good job!

Nice simple game with good rewind mechanic

Awesome concept! really clever to use backlog as rewind mechanic.

Thanks for your input.

Actually I was thinking more of a metroidvania for the full game rather than level based, It'll be a long process to get it done tho... As for level design, I've already made some changes, I'm trying to introduce mechanics first in "safe" environment and then add challenge with something to lose, to some extend I feel that I've accomplished this, but not fully (for example, later when water is introduced in the mix, the first platform kills you, I've changed it so you'll drop in water and have to get up from there rather fast, since there's internal timer before you drown)

Wow, you actually made the game I first thought about making, 3d platformer with rewinding falling objects.

I've rated this days ago.

thanks.

This is my first jam and after I started play testing other games I realized my mistake on the installer, I will remember this on my next jam.

I felt the same way about checkpoints for this game, that it's short already (I can breeze through in few minutes), but since I'm going to continue developing it, there will be a lot more content and then checkpoints are a justified. I just feel  that some arbiturary point in space doesn't tell a good story and breaks the "illusion of game". This is why I want it to be a mechanic / skill of the character itself rather than dropping checkpoint marks everywhere.

Nice game, I liked the animations and how it reminded me about My Friend Pedro.

Thanks. Checkpoint system is under work, as for jumping sound, I decided to make minimal sfx to give music more room, but I guess a minor "Thud" sound wouldn't hurt (tho becouse of a bug, it didn't go so well but that's fixed already in next iteration)

Fun game with interesting mechanics (I thought about rewind circle for mine too, but with different effect) Nice graphics and simple soothing bg music, could've used some minor sfx. Good work.

Here's a short one (if you don't die)

Hope you like it. I've decided to continue developing it.

Nice music. this game is hard tho. Like the comment below said, continuing music would be better.

Thanks.
Checkpoints are the most complained part of this game, I have a checkpoint system under work.

for example, when trying to jump and use sword, the animations didn't work right, it stayed in attack animation even if I was wall jumpin

Thanks. I didn't have time to fix the sound system properly, so the rock sounds are way louder than they are supposed to be. I fixed it for the next version tho.

Thanks. I have a checkpoint system under work, kinda like in Ori and the blind forest, but I'm still trying to decide what's the downside of dropping it.

Controls were kinda weird, also animations glitched a lot. Interesting idea tho.

Fun game, I liked the rewinding cassette and solid platforming. I even found the secret!

I've already rated yours
