What a wonderful idea. I like that it makes you just stop and observe. It's a very nice game to look at, too. I think some music or even ambient nighttime sounds would make it all the better.

I like the theme and the idea. The game has a dreamlike quality and evokes that feeling of having had no sleep when things start to blur into one another and stop quite making sense. It's strangely mesmerizing.

I think you got the gameplay rhythm just right. You have just enough time to take out the enemies, but it's hard. The character moves really well, and it has some punch. It was really fun to play.

What a lovely puzzle game. The art and music really set the scene, and the puzzles are challenging. I love the animations that play if one of them tries to go through the door alone. Those details make it a joy to play.

This is so hard! I love the idea and the player character. The movement speed feels nice, but the ghost is a little difficult to position while walking (mostly running away!), and the character can get stuck on the walls sometimes.  The music is great.

This is a really stylish game. The vibe is so nice and chill. The gameplay and movement work really well, and it gets challenging without being too frustrating.

Wow. That was absolutely beautiful. I'm amazed that you made that in just a week. So much work has gone into every aspect of the game. The visuals, audio, pacing, atmosphere, and story are all just perfect. Thank you for creating this!

Very  cute game. I love the art and music. Moving the spirits in parallel is a nice game mechanic - tricky but fun to play.

That was lovely. It was a very charming game, with cute characters and music. I especially liked the ending. I'd love to solve more cases with Detective Mane.

The music and feel of the game are amazing. It has a very relaxed exploratory vibe. I love the juxtaposition of an ancient myth with what feels like a futuristic distant planet. The layer switching mechanic was neat and worked well, although I found the layers a little hard to distinguish during the purple on yellow level.

I love this. It's a very creative game with a really individual style. The first time I played, it wouldn't accept my first order for a hamburger (maybe because I ignored the instructions and went supply grabbing before going to the kitchen), but it worked fine after I reloaded the page. I'm really impressed by all the different characters - the frog cookers especially.

I love it! It's such a creative use of the theme. The art and music are really well done and set up a nice chilled out beach vibe. I couldn't manage to escape the blue crabs, but I still enjoyed playing a lot.

It's a really cool game. I love to see games made in Scratch. The racing snails idea is really cute and the gameplay loop was fun. Nice music and sprites, too!

I love it. For a first game jam, this is amazing! It's a fun game with a simple loop, it's easy to understand, has nice clear visuals and a good soundtrack. I really enjoyed playing.

I love the colour palettes you used and the change between dimensions. The puzzles were nicely made too. Not too hard, but took a little work and exploration to figure out.

The mazes were well designed. I love the thought of the rats putting on tiny shoes, but it took me a while to work out that's what was happening. Maybe an animation or other visual feedback could make it more obvious.

It's a fun little game. The characters are really cute. The simple loop with a short time limit works really well.

Very fun and simple idea. It's easy to understand, but really hard to master. Great mechanic. I love the little blue guy.

Nice game. It's really hard - I couldn't get past level 3! The simple visuals work really well to show what's important and the music is great.

Creative interpretation of  the theme. Short and sweet - or not so sweet. I liked it.

Great idea and interpretation of the theme. The art and animations look amazing, the puzzles are well thought out, and the mechanics are open to create more. Maybe the mage's movement could be a bit more snappy - accelerate and decelerate faster so it feels less floaty - and also scaled down a bit so they have more room in the level to move around.

Wow. It's a really polished game and plays very smoothly. There's a nice variety of skills and enemy types.  I really like the interpretation of the theme, and the visuals are lovely. There's not a lot of difference in feedback when winning a level vs. dying - that confused me a bit at first.  Maybe a very quick message / graphic in the center of the screen would make it more obvious what is happening.

Beautiful game. It gave me some Outer Wilds vibes. I would be really interested in seeing this developed further. You did  a really good job of making a relatively small world seem huge. Even though it uses quite simple assets, the world feels pretty immersive and it really feels like you're lost in a dark winter landscape. Trying to mentally map out the landscape was challenging - and then the reveal was a nice surprise. Great submission!

I love the intro cutscene! It sets up the game really nicely with a fun atmosphere and a lot of personality. The gameplay is solid and the music and sounds make it come more alive. Really nice to play.

Thank you! I'm quite proud of the guy. He was the first part I made. Yes, I had a bit of a blank with theme ideas so it is a bit loosely interpreted.

Sorry about that. What browser are you using? Do you see any error messages in the console?

Thank you for the feedback. There are only 13 levels at the moment - but I think it might get too difficult too quickly. I'll try and add some more transitional levels after the jam.

Thank you! Yes, I find music and audio pretty intimidating - definitely something to work on in future. I agree about the controls. I'll try some alternatives post-jam. Thanks for playing!
