Little fun game, loved the story and the setup, however, kind of found it anti dramatic that you could just accuse Croco of stealing the parallelogram and Croco instantly confesses. I know he felt bad about himself but a bit more interactions and dialogue could have made it better. However the playful vibe of this game is really nice, and an actually pretty great dialogue system is in place. The credits song is fun. Overall good job, It was a really fun small game! I kinda feel bad for Croco tho...

This is great! What a fun little detective tale. There is so much detail to the world, and I was impressed that you were able to write so much branching dialogue in such a short timeframe. There were quite a few conversations that made me laugh as well, the game has an earnest sense of humor that I really loved. My biggest complaint is that it is unclear which areas are "out of bounds." I was stuck for a while because the path north to the well used the same tiles/textures as other impassable areas.

Edit: And the credits song is such a surprise! I loved it!!

That was lovely. It was a very charming game, with cute characters and music. I especially liked the ending. I'd love to solve more cases with Detective Mane.

"Take a pic cause you beat it!" is one of the greatest lyrics humans have written in history. Fun little detective game, love that you got the whole family in on it. A silly but refreshing take on the theme! Good job team!

I had fun with this one. It confused me for a bit because I didn't realize I could go up to the part with the well, but it made much more sense once I found that. The dialogue was nice, and the art was good. Well done!

I beat Detective Mane! I really loved this game! Lot's of character and a heart warming message at the end. 

I loved all the different characters, especially Eric and Zeb both wanting to cook for each other! The music was also very chill and set a nice atmosphere while talking to everyone. The unique dialogue they all had when accusing them was a nice touch!

I hope I can go to a Hilda party one day 😂
