Will make video on your game

I'm a very small YouTube creator at the moment, though I am expecting growth over the coming months as all my uploads are scheduled for weeks in advance, as in I always have content coming out even if I were to take as long as two months off making videos entirely. That said, I'm looking for games to cover on my channel.

I mostly play FPS games, though I'm dabbling in other genres like horror and such. Simply reply to this thread with a link to your game/s and I'll play it, and maybe make a video on it, though that video would be scheduled for at least July this year, if not later, as more content is constantly being produced to be put on the schedule.

It mightn't seem the best strategy thus far, but this growth strategy has proven to work for me in the past, and even if not much results from it, it comes at no cost to either party involved. There's no negative potential involved, only positive growth for both parties to benefit.

My YouTube isn't linked here to abide by guidelines regarding self-promotion, though I'll link it in the next post.

The link to the YouTube page is here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiBG9BYo8tK0PBDAvloFbeQ

Keep in mind the small amount of content is inaccurate to the amount scheduled for upload, as I have daily videos (1 landscape >1min, 6 shorts a week) ready on YouTube through to the first of July thus far, with all videos releasing at 2:00AM AEST. I expect growth thanks to this strategy, though it may seem unorthodox.

If your game is only small, it might be compiled with other small games, and if else will have its own video. The videos will have odd titles for clicks, many of which I will be having small reviews of the game in on top of gameplay and other such "sections." If you want to get in contact with me via Discord in regards to the videos before they're uploaded, I'll likely just send my Discord if requested.

Thanks!

May I propose that you play and record my game Virtual Church of the Digital Goddess - my entry for the 55th LudumDare? It's not a little game, but a solid puzzle game with an unusual gameplay. Maybe too hard for noobs. Thank you for your efforts in order to help indie dev. I wish you the best ++

Installing the game right now, though it's near midnight for me so I'll record tomorrow for as long as I can and try get the game as complete as I can. The video, based off your description would be published on the eighth of July as it would qualify for one of the longer form videos published each week on a Monday. Thanks for your interest, just reply with any things I might need to know about the game or requests.

What a quick response! I made this game with an unique idea - is there a way to create a solid game without any collider or physics (rigidbody, raycast, etc). As we said "Math is everywhere" - and in this project there is only mathematics. The main gameplay is easy to understand - we have to roll cube(s) in order to reach some goals. Some tiles are colored and the cubes' faces must fit with them. The 55th LudumDare chosen theme was Summoning - and I tried to create something more or less relevant. According to this release, now I am working on levels - the best part. Music by NightDriver - Goddess model by Ida-Faber ++

Thanks for the info, I'll certainly make sure to credit NightDriver and Ida-Faber, as well as including the description you've just sent through. I decided to try out the game just quickly and it's such an awesome premise, and I'm very happy to make a video on it. I'll also explore the LudumDare for other games if I can't get past the level I'm currently stuck on. Cheers!

I'm an extremely new developer and person to the game creating scene and would like to ask that you please play my game, Raise A Huge Cranium Boy Ultra Deluxe. It may seem low quality, but please keep in mind I do not have much money and am new to this. It costs $1, but I am willing to send a free download URL in DMs if you are willing to play.

All The Best, preshunk3.

I’ll certainly try your game, and I’d just like to say development is a fairly difficult thing that not many people can manage. There’s a lot more difficulty involved in it than most would lead you on to believe, so being able to make even something simple indicates a fair bit of talent and dedication. Even if I say unfavourable things about your game, which I’ll shy away from, don’t be discouraged to keep at it. Also, don’t worry about a free download, I’m completely happy to support your work with a small upfront fee. Cheers!

Thanks, I will surely appreciate any criticisms about my game.

My game is not your genre, It's a 2D platformer.
It's short at just three levels, but it has some bonus rooms and a hard mode

if you complete a "yellow win", (there are three win tiers, normal, yellow and ultimate!)

I understand completely if it's not your vibe, that's all good,

but I would be thrilled if you get a chance to check it out!

Much Love,

Ungar

I’ll definitely check your game out, I’m definitely interested in those win tiers. Just keep in mind that if it is very short it might be made into a video with other short games, just so the video has a reasonable run time. Cheers!

Awesome! That sound great!

Yo! You should try this game: https://legtlizrd.itch.io/airplane Don't forget that the settings menu is on the top right corner and there are 2 slides in the settings menu. Also, stuff like text not being visible will be fixed in the next update however the next update will take a while since its the big and final update. Anyhoo, here are some screenshots

!

This game looks really colourful and fun, so I'll certainly get to playing it. I'll make sure that I mention the text visibility being a problem being worked on too, cheers!

Also, send the video of the game in my comments sectio

Hey, I'm developing a challeging 2D "platformer" and the Demo is available https://leonatanoel.itch.io/flightlessstardemo

The game can be made more challenging by trying to take all the points or to finish as fast as possible (it has some potencial for speedrunning) or the difficulty can be reduced with the assist modes.

Here is the trailer with some gameplay:

The soundtrack already sounds like a banger, and the game looks very interesting too. I'm definitely looking forward to trying out all these games, especially this one. I'm up for the challenge for sure. Cheers!

Mine is not that great since it was just newly released last week. It still needs a lot of updates.

It is a 2D strategic game about catching killers

I'm working on a fps game. It's multiplayer but I'm gonna try to update the game to have AI bots so singleplayer is an option. I guess in its current state you can sorta play alone, you can build a house or shoot rockets in the air and try to dodge them as they fall down. I dunno LOL.
