Hi! Thank you for letting me know, I'll check it out!

Hi! You may have misunderstood the restrictions. Donarg might have meant of the graphics to not be used to train AI on. You may be free to use it as the graphics of your game where the AI is being trained on other data, not related to the art itself.

You're welcome!

Hi! The doors should be a separate object, but just parented to the doorway, so they're not a single mesh joined together

Hi! No worries, I'm planning to host the 5th jam 3-4 weeks after the current one

You're welcome!

Hi! I'll run a poll in the community server, and make the final decision based on the results

Thank you! I often work on my game assets late at night, when the mind isn't as clear as it could be, haha, so I make some mistakes from time to time.

Is the 'Retro FPS Style Textures' one of the mystery packages? I do not remember

Have fun participating!

Hi again! I'll have a look, thank you for letting me know

Hi! Thanks for letting me know, I'll have a look

Hi Kuraishimi! It doesn't have to be a prison literally

Haha, I had no idea. Thanks!

Hi! I see you have joined the jam just one day ago. Already submitting the jam entry just after one day of joining, and especially when the jam started just a few days ago - is a good indicator that your entry wasn't worked on by following the jam's timeline, so I'm disqualifying it.

Hi! No, but it should be pretty straight forward!

I just recommend importing the .glb models, as they have texture/material data packed into them.

This is pretty funny, haha. Nice work!

I was just a little disappointed that I couldn't add rats into the shopping cart

Hi again!

I thought it through over the day, and it seems this would be a bad idea.

β€’ If I allowed this for only you, then the other participants might not be happy about it.

β€’ If I allowed this for everyone, then it would be a good bit more difficult for me to filter out the invalid entries. Plus people who's working on their entry for this jam specifically -might not be happy about it in this case as well.

It feels off to me in general to allow this. Even though I don't have a solid argument on this, but I'd like to follow the gut feeling and avoid potential drama that this might cause.

I'm sorry for not being able to help on this

Hi! This feels wrong to me, because prizes are involved

Hi! They don't have to be the main mechanic of the game

I recreated my room

Have fun!

You're welcome!

Hi! The diversifiers are for your personal interpretation

Hi! There's footstep sounds for two different surfaces at the moment

Nyctophobia is a horror style game that tests your reflexes in a way. It's pretty interesting.

Hi! It's up to your personal interpretation

Hi! You don't have to use my assets in your entry, haha!

Hi! It's not only allowed, but also recommended to reuse stuff from previous projects, or game assets too. It's best to also build systems of code that would be universal enough to be reused for future projects, so you wouldn't have to start from scratch each time you begin working on a new game idea!

Thank you too!

Hi! Thank you very much!

That's a good idea. I won't make a new pack for it specifically, but I'll add them to ROT: Horror Audio Bundle, or this one

Best of luck working on your entry!

Hi! Thank you very much for supporting my work!

That's absolutely fine!

Thank you for participating!

Hi! You can start before the theme is announced.

There's also nothing wrong with reusing various systems and scripts. It saves time, and is even recommended

Hi! I don't mind the voice lines being used, as the owner of the voice was most likely paid for, and credited. I wish no AI generated sfx to be used, as it's likely trained on stolen work without permission.

This is pretty cool! Wishlisted!

Hi! Thank you very much!

We have over 400 participants already!

Thank you very much! I'll do more free stuff as time goes!
