Nice game. I was confised with interaction system allowing both keyboard and mouse inputs. It was strange to me that you used G and H , but not E or R, which are closer and more comfortable to press. Tried several times and couldn't get to the blue berries. The big spider seems undying, I didn't notice health bar going down if I hit it with a berry and didn't know if I could even kill it. Then I died to darkness???? I guess, I am just not the gamer to figure it all on my own. It looks nice though and I see a lot of people in comments enjoying figuring it out and beating it.

Hi, I just finished checking out your game :3. I loved the art style, it fits very well the atmosphere and overall mood of the game. I loved even more the design of the enemies, they are really cool and original, and the fact that the main enemy shoots light and actually lights up the whole scene when shooting is just sooo cool (also the little details symbolizing the chromatic aberration phenomenon were icing on the cake, I also made reference to that in the title and credits art style of my game), really good design. As another comment pointed out, a longer introduction would have been great, but it was really fun going through different runs and finding out how things worked. Overall the game felt solid, by that I mean that everything made sense, both gameplay-wise and visually, as you said it is really cohesive, I think you used the purrfect word here :3.

You did an amazing job! Keep it up, I enjoyed it a lot, the visuals in particular were very pleasant!

Good luck with it! <3333

Just like the person below me, I also went back and forth between the top left trees HAHAHA. I'm not super sure what the burn hitbox is, since the berries only seem to hurt the monsters after they've started burning on the ground, so I threw fires at my feet instead of at the monsters. I also think maybe the little monsters should have been a tiiiny bit slower than the player. A little bit more of an introduction would've been nice, but figuring out everything yourself is also pretty satisfying.

Great game for 2 weeks of development! ALSO THE RANPO PROFILE PICTURE IS SO BASED WHAT THE HELL I'M GIVING YOU HIGH RATINGS JUST FOR THAT

based, thank you, the burn is just janky, it has a 0.5s fire tick so between that time the burn can't register which I forgotten to fix together with the 0.25s invincible time(all entity) which makes it even worse xD

I really like the art style(though i died on my first go I do wanna try a second run through xD) I did like the one creatures design a lot i will not lie, I also was kind of confused what i was supposed to do but i will figure it out lol overall interesting game.

Never thought someone would like my art HAHAH, I was running on a strict 2 frame animation . Thanks the design was spontaneous, I am aiming for random monster shapes and also want it to look like a little related to chromatic aberration.

I also beat it. Ngl, I ended up just going back and forth to the top left tree, like a coward (just after winning and walking around I found out that it probably wasn't the ideal way 😅)

I liked it, but, added to what others have commented, I think that a little intro would have come a long way to immerse the player in the world. Having sound effects would also have been nice, but what I missed the most was seeing the world slowly coming back to life after winning (like, seein the grass starting to grow and stuff like that).

Overall, it was an interesting entry and I think it would have potential to be expanded upon. Great job 🤝

Interesting idea! A small tutorial and less keybindsand tweaking the win condition a little bit would be lovely !

I like this a lot. Really nice to have a game like this allow for figuring stuff out on your own. I like the map building over time. I want to know more about the world.

For next steps I think sound would work wonders, helps make everything feel more impactful.

Good stuff!
