There is payment active. Your waiting time might be over 30 days.

But to be fair, the faq should be adjusted!!! It reads "This proces may take a few days. Please contact us only after you've waited at least one day."

This is clearly dead wrong for quite some time now. It is no wonder that such a thread appears every day. Even if people would read that faq, it only speaks of days, not weeks. Even if over a month would be more accurate.

It used to say one day, I finally managed to get a change in, and the situation had already evolved. But the rules of this category say to give a sign that you at least skimmed the FAQ when asking your question. Also, if the category is full of topics asking the exact same question, maybe, I don't know, it might be an idea to read the answers there instead of asking again?

Just saying. That the waiting time is this long is unfortunate. But there might be additional work for support that could be avoided, if there were clearer information available at the places people would expect it. We only see the people opening threads. What about the ones not doing that, but pestering support, adding to the problem, just as the faq tells them to.

It should not be mandatory to check the community to learn that the faq is basically wrong for practical usage. Judging from the community, it is either instant, a day or 4+ weeks.

The rules of the community are insufficient here, since reading the faq would not have helped at all. 12 days is longer than the few business days talked about in the faq. But I fully agree, once you are opening a thread, glancing at the near identical threads should be expected.

30 days!!!... its a long waiting time.

Our admins tried a new system to better prioritize support tickets, and it might have created new problems. Sorry about that.

Yes, it is Understandable... itch.io getting bigger. I hope it comes up with a great solution.

Okay, then I don't have any other option than to wait. By the way thanks for your time.

But sadly it is normal these days for first time paid projects. Just scroll down in the sub forum. You will find dozends of threads like this.

Itch has grown. All projects combined, it should be around a million. And as itch grows, bad agents try to exploit itch. Publishing malware or stolen things. They add to the workload staff has to check.
