The vibe !!!

Amazing work, I loved it all: The music, the graphics, and the twist "downstairs" ๐Ÿ˜‹

I could really feel the cosiness playing this game, from the beginning to the ending scene ๐Ÿ˜

Cool game! I like how as you got further away from your room, the music faded out, made the game feel a bit spooky.

This game is an absolute treat to play

It's nice, simple, and relaxing. The sound design is wonderful, the music is super calming, and the art style is just absolutely adorable and cozy.
I did get lost at a few points since the sounds would play in slightly confusing directions, but besides that it was a joy to play!!
Oh, and I LOVED the ending. I was not expecting it, but it is absolutely welcome lol

Really solid concept! Loved the interpretation of the theme, and the way you ended up designing around it. The art in this game is beautiful to say the least, and everything just feels very nice and cozy! Until..... THE PLOTTWIST! I was not expecting it, to be honest - but I loved it, haha. Somehow it fit the rest of the game really well, and I especially liked the last scene where kathulu (?) / octopus is sitting next to you and is also drinking tea, like you managed to convince them to chill out. Really cool and weird game, I really liked it! Thanks so much for participating in the jam!

This is a solid jam entry. The art fits the cozy feel just right, and reducing noise is a novel interpretation of the theme. The premise itself felt amusing and relatable. And I particularly enjoyed the escalation from closing the windows to telling your duck cult roommates to knock it off.

I think player feedback could be improved. Specifically, sitting in a chair waiting for the next interaction is awkward. I get that's the whole premise of the game, but every other game trains us to be more active. I felt like a little confirmation (whether it be through sound effects, HUD, or whatever) that sitting in the chair was the right thing to do would have been nice.

Some of the noises also confused me. Both in how they would reoccur and what they even were in the first place. Like, who keeps putting the kettle back on the stove? Is that a pile of hay or gold? Why is it making sounds? And what the heck are the sounds coming off of the boat? Are they coming from the boat? I have many questions.

Overall, probably the most polished and enjoyable entries I've played at the time of writing. Good work, and my congrats to the team for a successful jam.

Hey, thanks for playing our game! Glad you enjoyed it

We agree that the gameplay loop could have been improved/polished, especially the "sitting in a chair" part. The boat sounding like a car is a joke and was supposed to be confusing.

We weren't expecting such a positive reaction for our first jam (and first game) and really appreciate your comment!

Awesome game, visuals, music and sounds are cute, making every annoying noise stop and taming a demon some cultists were summoning was a good experience.
