This game is really good, suddenly it turned into a bullethell which made the gameplay more challenging, is the range of shots for the player limited more as the view shifts out?
It seemed like it. I like this concept of an evolving enemy, it fits the theme.
The controls are smooth and easy to figure out.

We kept the player speed and range the same throughout.  It was a happy accident that zooming out/changing the scale factor made it feel different :)
