A very good game, but a little tough to get my head around.
EDIT:  Just got the hang of it and managed to win a match!

I really enjoyed this game. It is challenging and I finally won a game. It can become additive trying to win!! I enjoy the sounds and music also.

I really enjoyed this game. My friend and I played it this morning and we were hooked. It took us a game to figure out the rules but once we got it we were on our way. From Utopia to visual novels, Scylez has got real talent. This developer is going to be a name in the future!

Interesting concept! It was very fun amidst the chaos ahaha!

Cool game and gameplay idea, it was very hectic most of the time and had a good amount of randomness in the game

Great little story, got pretty hectic with so many of the exploding turtles but managed to win in the end :D

Came for the cover art, stayed for the plot.

Nice gameplay, nice music, nice visuals. The only frustrating thing was that the spells can only be cast fully within the field.

Also, tile contents display (i.e. which units are standing on the tile, which color are they and if they carry any gold) could use some improvement

It is a fun game, altough I would have liked a shorter explanation. I'm sad I had to sacrifice some of my dragons for the greater good. I also found a bug that didn't let me place my spells, so you should look into that. Overall great game.

Yeah, the spells can't be placed unless the cast area is completely within the playing field. It was the most frustrating thing!

This is a fun concept with a great presentation

I Love The Game Tho It's A Bit Hard To Follow And Also The Enemy Is A Bit Annoying With His Spells, Everyrhing Else Is A Okay!

Instructions were a little hard to follow, felt like it'd be better with a more progressive disclosure style introduction (which is a lot to ask for in 48 hours). Would have liked the board to have a little more of a top-down view. Nice game though, pretty creative idea.

Developer

Thanks! yeah thinking back on it. a progressive style introduction would have  been miles  better. I was really scrambling though to get this done at the last minute though lol like I'm sure lots of people were

All is there. Make it clearer with less text.  Good job!

Developer

Thank you :)

The instructions were a bit confusing.  Too much text.  But an interesting idea!

Developer

Thanks! Yeah the text didn't get nearly as much attention and refinement as needed. The time limit snuck up so quick!
