i like the main game mechanic, much luck in your future games!
Thanks dude!
I can see the vision you had for this game. It is a shame that you had those problems during development, I feel you :( Hopefully things go well next time!
Thanks!
Honestly I should just buy myself a new computer already. 😅
A fun idea! It doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of purpose to positioning your minions differently, but it’s a promising prototype.
Thanks. The only real strategy to the placement right now is putting the Slime before one of the Crabs so he can hold off the last two Invaders while they regain enough health to finish them off. Of course, in the current build there's no indication or incentive to suggest that's something you should be trying to do.
I loved the dialogue! :D Fun game
Thankyou!
The second and third levels didn't work for me, though the first level's dialogue was great and left me optimistic for the second two.
Thankyou!
Just curious, this happened when someone streamed the game too.
After you beat a level, the game is supposed to save a txt file to the local data, containing the number of unlocked levels.
For whatever reason (on the stream) it didn't do this.
I know because it also saves another value that will alter a piece of dialogue in the first level, letting the player know that they can press backspace to skip dialogue.
I dunno if it's the operating system, or maybe some kind of defensive thing, not trusting an unverified executable.
Could be that in future I have to store saves in the program directory so this issue doesn't crop up with other games. But it's hard to say without knowing the cause. You wouldn't have any idea would you?
I really liked the dialougue and the jokes and if you want to continue working on this game I can think it could become a really fun game!
Good job on the music and the little sprites too :)
Thankyou! :D
Fun game ! Narration is very good (minion and dragon was fun). Good job !
Good
If lots of game used this idea of "making your team of bad guy to defend the dungeon", I like how you use humour and jokes to give some personality and it's really likeable, good work !
A really funny game, good job
Fun gameplay! and really enjoyed getting different dialogues for doing things ..wrongly haha
I dig the look as well! well done!
Thanks!
I was wondering if anyone would notice the alts.
Good gameplay and cool dialogues! But the game suddenly ends on level 2, when I thought the game had just started, so I want to continue =)
Thankyou! I was hoping to get more levels done in time, but right on queue things just started to conk out towards the end.
I love the humor throughout, the banter between henchmen and hencher made me giggle.
Wish there was a few more levels though, I finished level 2 and was eagerly awaiting what would be next!
Thankyou very much. :)
