I only have his itch username on the review. So I guess I will just have to let this one go. 

Thanks for trying to help though. 

You can reply to reviews on steam, if a buyer is unhappy. 

I guess I will make a suggestion that this would be a useful feature for itch.

I don't understand. If you have their username, I'm saying you can look up their email address in the payments page. So then you would just send them an email.

I don't see a username in the details of payments. Might be because I'm on mobile though, will check on the desktop later. Have also sold over 5k, gonna be like finding a needle in a haystack. 


A simple reply to a user review, would be a godsend, just saying.

You have to hover over the payment and click details, then the username is shown beside the email. The date on the review should help you find the right payment. I agree that responses to reviews would be nice, as would direct messages.

Congrats on selling so many by the way.

We plan to upgrade our reviews system pretty soon to allow developers to comment on them. Thanks for your patience.
