Finally. Good hardcore mod for pong

It's always fun to see old classic games with new gameplay elements or with an interesting twist. Well done!

Pretty simple and challenging concept!

Very nice, I enjoyed this. I like how the controls kept up with the screen orientation.

Excellent stuff. Really enjoyed that. Would love to have a bit more control over direction of ball (ie, an even sharper angle when very close to the edge of the paddle). Really like have the different weather effects stack onto each other. I kept on getting caught out by the A and D buttons swapping :)

Thanks for the suggestions. The A & D keys rotating like that was experimental, I wanted to see how it feels to have flipped controls. The paddle bounce is very simple at the moment, so definitely can add on to that!

Nicely done. The ball seemed to get stuck moving horizontally pretty easily, maybe limit the angle it can move at. Also, the AI is clearly cheating!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah the ball does get stuck when the vertical velocity is too low. Is that what you were saying? In which case yeah, you'd have to just refresh the page :(.

Cool!

Nice idea. I would propose to rotate the table while keeping the direction of the ball to whatever it is? So e.g. if the wind turns the table by 180°, the ball will go "backwards", so in the direction where it came from.

Developer

Ah, thats a good idea. I think but for this the player would need more visual cues to understand how the ball would move due to wind. I'll think about this one. Thanks!

Its a super cool and chaotic concept. I especially like the introduction of the static blocks.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback man, really appreciate it! :D
