How does your game fit the theme?
Each turn, dice are rolled that the player uses to assign actions to their athletes. Some actions only accept certain dice values, so you need to plan your moves carefully. When athletes attempt to move through each other, dice are used to determine the victor. Sports often come down to a lucky bounce here or there and in this case those bounces are everywhere.

Intersting, and well balanced game, although a bit slow, maybe until you get comfortable with the mechanics. Nice work :)

Took me a minute to figure out the rules. Im impressed with the strategy that comes from the simple commands, plus you have an AI!

This is a very cute and fun game. It's pretty easy to learn and can still be challenging, which I appreciate. And your main characters seem are axolotls, which is a bit random, but definitely a great choice.

A stunning achievement!  I could play this for days!  If this is not featured in the future I'll eat my keyboard.  Great game!

Developer

Thank you so much! I'm already working on developing it into a full game, so keep that keyboard off your dinner plate!

Oh this is really fun. It's simple enough that you don't need to explain too much to get it - you can kind of figure it out by trial and error a couple times (though I was thoroughly baffled by what "Juke: 5 minutes" was supposed to mean throughout my entire first attempt at playing). The art and animation are clean and simple, too, in a way that works really well.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! I've had a lot of people think the 5 MIN meant minutes rather than minimum, whoopsies. I'm glad you were able to figure it out tho

Holy shit this is good!  Amazing work!  Incredibly intuitive and fun. <3

Developer

Thank you that's very kind :)

Very good game, it is fun to play and looks pretty nice. The IA sometimes worked strange like when it gave me a point by scoring in its own goal but in general it was challenging enough that we tied.

Developer

Yeah they're not the brightest but they (sometimes) get the job done! Thanks for your feedback :)

Interesting take on the roll of the dice theme and it's fairly simple to understand once you play it for a while.

Developer

Thanks for playing :)

Interesting use of the dice! I was really engaged with it. Would have been nice to be able to change the die after seeing the preview of the move.

Developer (1 edit)

That's a good idea. I wanted to have a preview of what the dice would do when dragged over a move but alas there was only 48 hours (: Thanks for the feedback!

I know that feel :)

Suprisingly engaging! I played for longer than I thought I would.

There are some situations where the game allows you to place a die even though the move would become invalid. Consider rejecting that placement, since it doesn't help the player in any way.

Thanks for your feedback!

Great idea. I think it's a bit buggy though. Man, I wish people could put better instructions down!

But enjoyed a game, and you did great getting this out in 48 hours. Well done :)
