How does your game fit the theme?
The theme was used in two ways. First, the levels are procedurally generated, which involves many "rolls of the dice". Second, the player has to balance risk and reward in the game; they can choose to play it safe and bank their winnings, or "roll the dice" by continuing and risking their treasure for larger scores.

Oha, that's the Platformer Guy from GMTK!

This is a neat little game. I liked the use of procedural generation - it certainly spices things up! It also reminds me very much of Spelunky's terrain generation. Though, I have to admit, the random generation does feel like a fairly loose fit to the jam theme.

But altogether, this is a nice game!

I think the jump and jetpack are redundant, since you can play using only the jetpack to move around. Nice game and atmosphere!

Same for me :/ sorry!

Sorry you are having trouble with it! Unfortunately it seems that there are some bugs in the WebGL export that I didn’t get time to test and fix. Thanks for trying to play anyway!

Really cute style. The controls feel nice, the colliders on the spikes could be smaller but overall it's not that hard to go through. Sometimes, I got gems stuck in holes in the wall, but that's an easy fix.
Good job :)

Thanks for playing! A couple people have mentioned the spike hit boxes now, so that’s definitely something I’ll keep in mind in the future! It was my first time trying out proc gen, so I’m not surprised there were a few bugs. I originally planned on making the terrain destructible with a bomb ability to reach some of the enclosed gems, but just ran out of time in the jam.

Thanks for playing!
