How does you game fit the theme?
My game is about a kid that just moved and wants to be loved.
Then he discovers that his relationships with the people in the new city aren't real and gets very sad. But in the end everythig gets fine.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I did write all the code, but i only made a few assets like the logo, the icon, some charcters, etc. The music and the tilemaps weren't made by, because I'm 17 and i had a math test this week, so i didn't have much time.

I like the sweetness and positivity of the story, and the Stardew Valley-esque aesthetic. I don't mind that there's not much player choice--I'm perfectly happy to just follow the characters around and see where the story goes. But--and I've said this to a lot of people in this jam, it's not just you--if you're going to make a narrative-based game, get a copy editor.
I think the idea was really sweet, but I would have loved to have more freedom with what I do in the game ^^' It kind of felt more like watching a somewhat interactive movie instead of a game. But for such little time as you had I am impressed with the result. Maybe invest a little more time in the story of the game and I think you are on a great way! ;3

Nah for real, it was a sweet little narrative game. Felt the emotions through the choice of your music for the game, although at the end it felt like i was watching a motivational speech video because of it haha. I also liked the little zoom of the camera whenever you would interact with something.
Hope your math test went well. Good Job on completing this game for the Jam!

My Ghostly CompanionNice small narrative piece. I wasn't exactly following the story, but probably because I kept accidentally skipping the dialogue. I think it would help if you could make it to pressing space loaded the dialogue fully instead of just skipping to the next dialogue, so impatient people like me can read quickly and still follow along. Otherwise nice work!
