Cool concept, I feel like if gravity was increased the bird would feel more responsive, or someway to dive or drop quickly.

Developer

Thanks. I will look into that.

Cool background, very detailed and colorful. The world feels alive.

The changing camera zoom was disorienting. I would have preferred the zoomed out camera, so I can see myself in relation to the entire scene.

I also got stuck on the ground at some point and was unable to move... I'm not sure what caused that.

Hi there. Thank you for your comment & ratings. I am happy that you liked the assets. In deed many bugs I didn't test. The camera zooming was sort of a feature where the player will see the target/objectives just for a few seconds and then, by zooming, he will must remember or discover where to go, but I guess it is not well executed, maybe adding a timer and a "Go" sentence and easing in the zoom? I will see as soon as I can add more to that game. About the stuck situation I will look into it.

The art is really beautiful, well done! It took me some time to understand what I was supposed to do, even though I read everything. The music is nice too!

Developer

Thanks man. I've forgot the instructions or at least a tutorial. Now I will try to improve myself on this, not only for this game but for all games I do. The importance of making a nice tutorial than(quoting a guy from GDC channel) has Teach, Comfort, Respect & Excitement for the player. I am starting to think about this so I will be adding to all my games a way, depending on the game, to do this. I am glad you liked it.

I liked the game and its idea! Although I had some problems in the beginning as I could not start the game, and was stuck in the title screen for a bit. But everything else was on point!

I like the play on the carrier pigeon concept! Nice art style :)

Developer

Thank you. The art, somehow remains me a bit of "South Park" comics. I saw that after making it.

Nice art I've never saw a pigeon like that ;)

It was a bit difficult at first I didn't get where I had to go and then I get punished for cheating. I didn't get much that part :D

The ppl is this building are particularly pissed off tho' !

I have Eggxploded playing yours. Good game!

You are right this pigeon in my own style which looks like a mix between a hawk + pigeon + common bird :D + an old man hair

After a few tries I figured of what to do and I made it to lvl8. Solid graphics, sounds and game play. Good job :)

Thank you. It is true as this is my first game jam, I forgot to add some instructions, but I will keep learning. I am glad you like it.

Nice Game!

One small issue is that the camera zooms in ater a while, making the game much less pleasant to play

Developer

Thank you Mousemysak. This is related to lack of instructions, which I totally forgot. The idea was "delaying the camera zoom between the targets creation + play time", so the player has some seconds to see the point A and B, but as this is a prototype there is many more ideas I can come with. So far I feel the gameplay is a bit repetitive and lack of fun after some minutes playing. But I hope I did a good job as my first jam.
