Clever idea. Really beautiful pixel art, catchy music.

I found it difficult to predict where the seed would drop. This is because the appearance of the seed as it prepares to fall is quite subtle, with very low contrast against the glass.

Also, some more variety would have been good. Different values of seeds, occasional obstacles, etc.
