The theme is going to be either a short sentence or a word theme like other usual game jams, but that might change because this is also the first time I'm running something like this. Feel free to give suggestions though if you have another idea. 🙂

If you have the legal right to use it, yes. If not, I suggest you find another that is similar to it and is free-to-use.

Yes, but would be great if it's on Youtube as well.

can I demonstrate my music implemented in a middleware?

You mean something like Fmod and Wwise? Yes, but that's not exactly necessary, but if you want to go all out with it then feel free to! You still need to submit the original recording though.

1) Can we upload a pdf instead of screenshots for the sheet?

Yes, I would prefer to have it as a pdf rather than screenshots if it's sheet music as well.

2)the program I use to write the midis is a little old and wanky in some aspects ( guitar pro 5.2 plz dont shame me XD) and, for example, if I tune down an instrument (a guitar in D standard) it still show the notes like it was in E standard tunning so my question is: Should I send 2 audios?(like a midi that matches the sheet and a real reacorded mp3 in the original tunning) or Im fine just sending the recording and claryfing that detail in the sheet?

No, the OST needs to be for an imaginary game and needs to follow the theme. However, after the jam ends you can use your OST however you like, including for another game jam. 

So to sum it up: the OST must be made before the game is made.

Update: You can submit the OST for this jam if the game is not yet finished and published, but make sure it fits the theme. Cheers.
