This was fantastic! Beautifully designed, from the animation to the character design to the music, everything feels so polished. Loved the humor throughout the game, and the credits room was a great touch. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing this! Great work!
I loved this game. Point and click games are almost always enjoyable, and the double twist at the end got me. The music and art for the game were super spook and well done. I legitimately enjoyed it a good bit.
The excellent games, the graphics and the music are simply sublime, the animations are beautiful, impossible not to notice it (especially when we go everywhere on Twitch), the story is very interesting (it will be perfect for Halloween) Well done, I think this game can very well win the 1st place of the competition.
Music is pretty cool! I can tell the composer has some very good harmonic knowledge. It took me a lot of clicking around to find him though - maybe you could say in the game description who did what.
I did not see the hint because I only clicked on the doorlock once.
That is one flaw in the game that adventure games usually don't have you needing clicking on things multiple times for something useful to happen with it. Except talking to characters now that I think about it, but even then its better to just exhaust dialog options than that.
But I'm looking forward to a more expanded version of the game.
(also side note - since you mentioned audio issues and you're on Godot - it recently broke for Windows 10 + Chrome when the bitrate of the game doesn't match the device bitrate. it's broken all my Godot games too :') hope people don't give you a rough time about it. always happy to see others on Godot!)
Thanks so much for making this game! It was ultra fun to play & to interact with everything possible, a few Easter eggs here & there, absolutely fantastic! I had a feeling something was off about the story & that ending was exactly how I imagined it. Might be also a witch just like Marilyn! The music was so good with the ambiance for it, great work you guys!

Pretty fun game, aside that it makes relatively little sense to use a knife to open a lock (the character should hint it).
Can the mask be used for anything? Is there only one ending?
If you click on the door again whe will give you first one hint, then again an even more specific hint.
No we didn't have time to implement anything more unfortunately, although we will expand on the game after the Ludum Dare! Yes as of now.

Yeah we are working on quite a few different things to make the puzzles more intuitive without making them too easy.

Yeah we've seen a few other godot games with the same issue, seems to be a general problem on chromium as it's present on Edge Chromium as well.

Just click on the floor/stairs where you want to go, and click on things to interact with them!
