You can play my game Pac Hunger HERE
It's a short and sweet game where you have to starve as fast as possible.
To do that, avoid every food item and drink dangerous poison to lower you hunger meter all the way to zero in the fastest way possible!
I really enjoyed your game. Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-3/rate/937928 it was made with HTML and JavaScript so it isn't really the most gameplay heavy thing but I'm happy with how it turned out all things considered
Fun game! I enjoyed the idea of trying to fail and make things worse. The different types of error made it less repetitive and all of the upgrades felt meaningful. This could work really well as a mobile game. If you wanted to keep building, adding some sort of manager that would come by that you can't fail in front of would be a nice gameplay shift.
If you wanted to improve, I also suggest adding music and sound effects.
Overall, cool game!
I will play your game now. Here's mine https://axiom-gamelabs.itch.io/my-little-fishes
Interesting project, I initially had the same idea for my project but ended up taking it in a different direction. I thought your game did it pretty well.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest making the controls tighter and more consistent. I had a lot of problems doing the platforming. I also suggest anchoring the text so it doesn't shrink as you add more, that was kinda had to follow.
Overall, cool project!
We're playing yours right now, and here's our game:
https://oars.itch.io/spacetoselfdestruct
It's about picking the right time to blow up a monster truck

Have given yours a rating - hope you enjoy mine!
I enjoyed this game a lot, I thought the concept was unique and lent itself to a lot of different gameplay puzzles.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest forcing the player to release a key before control can be given over a new character. I died a lot from just holding down the key after death.
Overall, fun game!
PC/Mac/Linux/Browser game about ghosts and rocket launchers. I'll rate yours in just a sec!
Note: Do to graphical quality differences and performance, I recommend you download. WebGL is perfectly fine to play, but it lacks explosion effects and is choppy, and has some exclusive weird bugs. But again, fully playable.
https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-3/rate/940962 Mine is kinda similar!
Rated yesterday!
Here's my review:
Having a full installer for your game is pretty intense for a game jam game. I was kinda sketched out and almost didn't play it as a result, I suggest uploading a different type of build for future jams.
Overall, the game was interesting. The platforming felt alright and it definitely fit the theme. I got random room number 1 and was very confused by what the purpose of it was.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest adding more animations to the player character instead of the background elements.
Overall, a very interesting experience.
Will be playing every game posted here, my game is https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-3/rate/939761 :)
Best of luck with playing every game!
I thought your game was amazing! I loved your take on the theme by modifying the player instead of doing a traditional fail-state reversal. It opened the door to a lot of really cool puzzles and a lot of unique scenarios. The controls felt good and overall it was a fantastic entry.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest having some sort of indication before the player returns to normal. Maybe a flashing effect or a countdown somewhere to let the player know how much time they have left.
Overall, great game!
here is our game:https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-3/rate/940865
these bananas need to be peeled, babyyyy!
enjoy :0
A truly icon game, I think I'm going to be afraid my Banana's going to attack me every time I unpeel one now. In all seriousness, I loved this game. I thought it was a good ethical dilemma, felt kind of like loot boxes (in a good way) with unpeeling the bananas. The art and sound look great. I keep getting super far but have not yet won, I'll have to return to this one at a later date.
I enjoyed this game, I liked the long tutorial building up to the core gameplay arena, I wasn't expecting that and it worked super well. Smashing into enemies and spikes felt super good, especially with the dissolve animation you had on them.
If you wanted to improve, I suggest making the boost meter more visible. I couldn't see it on most stages and even when I could, it was hard to tell what meant what. I suggest removing the bar and just adding a particle effect to the player when they can boost. I also recommend adding just a touch of screen shake to drive home the impact of boosting into something.
Overall, quality project!
