Ty for playing our game! :)

Ty for the cool playthrough! :)

give us the theme plz

(1 edit)

the atmosphere of this game is amazing, it looks like don't starve and i love that. but i don't understand what it has to do with procedural generation. it's better to remove that tag from the description.

when there are multiple admins for a game, is there a log file somewhere to see which admin made which changes and at what time?

hey congratulations! your game made it into my top 5 favourites of the jam and earned a spot in my youtube review! go check it out on my youtube channel "Axiom GameLabs" and dont forget to subscribe, see you there ;)

We had a lot of fun during this jam!! I made a review of my favourite 5 games among all those who gave productive feedback to our game! I also made the review of our submission! Be sure to check them out and remember to like, subscribe and activate the bell to my youtube channel!! See you in the next Jam!!

oh! ok i understand  now how it works :D

did you check out my game XD ?

i like the idea of having a game map. i would have liked music and a background.

remember to check out ours first ;)

the point of view from which the story is narrated is very original, i like the idea of making this story told by a news channel! I find a bit strange that the art in the screen is pixel and the narrator is kind of cartoony. I would have liked everything in just one art style.

tried another browser?

i like the underwater environment, the background, the fishes sprites and the music that goes with it. I don't like how the fishes rotate when changing directions. This does not work in 2D games, you should just flipX in the sprite renderer. You can check the game i made for the wowie jam. I also had fishes that change direction similar to your game to see what i mean. All in all, well done!

Nice try, trying to achieve the jam theme with a text adventure. As a suggestion: you could have put the game title text on your cover image, and the made the viewport a bit smaller, it is too high.

i like how it implements the theme and subtheme, by transforming into the flying kaiju. The art style gets the job done, but could have been a bit more polished. Well done!

did you leave a productive feedback under my submission page? (not just "nice concept") I can't see it

i like the jumping orb mechanic and the switching states human-ghost interaction. It fits the subtheme. It doesn't fit the main Kaiju theme for me though. All in all, well done! Check out our game, I wrote u a reply in your comment in our game page. Just fullscreen to see the start button! ;)

i love to see base builders in this type of jams XD the attempt to tackle such a complex genre in a such small amount of times takes a lot of courage. Is there a Kaiju somewhere btw? I like also the sidescroller approach. Well done!

Ty. The art is all cokyfish :)

it is actually the only card game i saw in this game jam, so my compliments for the originality! i don't get how this fits the "kaiju" theme. Where is the big monster? I loved the funny soundtrack, did you record it with your own guitar XD ?

yes, the unity movement can feel clumsy because there is  actually a bug that I found after the game was submitted: when you click on a unit and wait that a new one spawns, and then click on the button to redeploy the old unit, the new one will be redeployed instead (this can give the player the feeling that it is not working). I will fix this when the voting period is finished. Ty for the kind words about coherence :)

there is a primitive type of "UI": when you click on an empty building slot, two building buttons pop up. When you click on an unit four "redeployment" buttons will appear :).

wow, the graphics look good! i like the take on the theme, but it is not super-clear how the "learning of new abilites" work..do i get a new one each time i collect the items in the egg-state? Check out our game as well plz ;)

nice take on the theme and subtheme. it so nice that instead of losing u get a new vehicle! what should the "red pillar" represent? is it fire from some shooting kaiju? Check out our game as well plz ;)

the art style and the music are nice. i don't get it: do i have to destroy cars to make more points before killing the barbie? How does this fit the subtheme "death isn't the end"?
Check out our game as well plz  ;)

plz elaborate your feedback more if you want to get feedback for your game ;)

i love the humor. Making a business out of destroying city is a very clever concept and really funny! it fits very well the main theme. The subtheme is not satisfied in my opinion, because "restarting a level when dying" it's what you do in all games, not only those with the subtheme "death isn't the end". Well done!

Check out my game as well plz ;)

lovely rts! the ai must have been tough to implement! i like the possibility to suicide to make eggs. This also fits the subtheme!

Check out our game as well plz ;)

the animation are very polished and detailled. Sound effect make this juicy. A bit annoying when u die that u have to shoot repeatedly at the letters to restart instead of just clicking.

Plz check out my game as well when you have time ;)

1) only the second screen (the dialogue with the queen) has to be in fullscreen. (i forgot to set scaling screen size). When u start the game you can go back to a smaller screen

2) i get your point. We balanced as well as we could for the scope of this jam.

ty, i played and commented yours!

remember to leave a productive feedback in my submission page. Not just "nice concept". I will not consider those type of comments ;)
