Great use of music to add character to the game.

Also really great use of menu and UI, an instructions page is always useful.

A lot of context and exposition was given via the menus it might have been cool to see this reflected more in the game play.

The cover art and art in general for this game are really cool it was one of the first ones to really catch my eye. Good to see a female lead character appear in the jam!

Attacking the robots seemed like more risk than it was worth most of the time and the placement of  platforms/ level design could have been a little more challenging.

Pretty cool design and look! Cute art and smooth animations made it fun to play. Good sfx and music. Really liked the extended arm as an attack. Not sure you should receive a heart when you kill an enemy as I was always at full health so it didn't feel very challenging. Boss was also rather easy so should've had more health or another element to it like a shield or something.

Overall, cool concept and like the art. Great job! :D

Very intresting gameplay.

I feel that the implementation of health before the final boss seems a bit redundent as i found that i was at full health after defeating the enemys along the way, however, I can see that it may be usefull if you chose not to attack every enemy and had low health.

Loved it.

Like the idea as a whole, the music was great, the art style fantastic and mechanics smooth.

Liked the little backstory in the instructions, but the font was a bit hard to read, probably by design though.

Love that you have a boss fight at the end as well.

Perhaps add a timer to it? I feel like this could be something to try to speedrun :)

Nice simple main menu and the instructions were good, I enjoyed the little story tucked away in there and the little house symbol was nice and intuitive but I didn't like the mixture of caps and lowercase in the story. I also feel as though some BGM would have improved with main menu but it was still good without it.

I like the background with the clouds and the other blimp's but felt as though they could have been better, if they wern't used as static images and moved slowly over the background as you moved it would have given the illusion that they really were in the background.

The character animation for running is good but there isn't a jumping animation or falling animation but I did really like the springy fist animation when you punched but it felt a little odd how you slid across the floor whilst you were punching.

It's a shame that the player gets stuck on walls and you can spam jump when your touching a wall as well.

I really liked the health potions to fully heal before the boss and the animations for the boss were very good but found that I could run in to him and he struggles to hurt me even when he slammed the floor and after you kill the boss he leaves behind a little black box that doesn't hurt you but after touching it a few times just kills you and it's a shame there no actual end to the level just a you win screen then you either die or press esc.

It's also a shame that there isnt any SFX in the game as this would have made it a much better experience.

Overall I actually quite liked this game even if it was a little bare bones and though it had some good potential but a lack of animations and SFX let the game down a bit.

really good art and animations.

i like how u knew that the punching was hard so when u did kill something u got all ur hearts back (shows that you thought about it).

the boss was great and i like how it fell apart.

its a fast game so dk y the attacks not fast as well, would change that.

good job tho, well doen

I really like some of the animations you added such as the extended metal arm when you punch. The Controllers feel fairly smooth and easy to use. Also the boss entrance was really cool. A few things I would say to to improve is some of the jumping mechanics as you can run into walls and hover as well as when you jump you fall straight down.

Very fun little game art is good music is good gameplay is smooth and fluid animations are good. Wish there was a bit more to it as i enjoyed playing it. Can't think of any issues other than you can stick to walls if you keep running towards them then you can jump up from there so as long as you can get to a wall you will not fall off the map ever.

As a huge steampunk fan, I love this! I'm sensing some Super Mario airship level inspiration? All art assets are really nicely done and the way Anderson attacks is clever. The surprise boss was very well done!

I got caught on the ledges of the platforms sometimes, but it doesn't hinder the gameplay too much. Other than that, I had no problems with the game!

Well done Song of Milil! A nicely polished game I expect to be rated well.

Nice fast paced movement. Combat inclusion was appreciated. However hitboxes on the boss seem off. I attacked but no damage was done then he hit me from halfway across the screen. Great game otherwise. Well done

Great character!! I loved it alot, the map sprites didnt really line up and was blurry but over all very creative, the player moves smooth and has a nice attack feature.

cool please use point no filter to stop your sprites from being blury   and the attack could use with being sped up and the movement could use some slowing down as you can basically miss sections fo teh stage by just moving to the right over platforms and the player gets stuck on the walls (use 2d physics materials on coliders and set teh friction to be lower so they slide off walls insted of gettingg stuck(you can also use moore than one collider on a single game object))

I loved the art style, movement was a bit eh but I overall liked the game

Liked the steampunk feel and the art and music were nice. Cool attack move with the extending arm and i liked the big enemy's with multiple hearts to fight!

Did feel the jump was a bit over powered though as you could just jump your way past huge sections very easily.

Over all a really cool game!
