Really cool idea, it just got a bit repetitive. I think it needs more types of platforms and I’m not sure if the floating things are supposed to do something? But overall it’s a well executed game with no bugs, so it’s already better than ours! :D Great job! :)

This game is based on real-life struggles. Relatable, unfortunately.

Very nice game, I love the animation and the visual. Control is smooth and nice. It is ideal idea for gamejam theme. Also the music and sound design are very suitable for the game. Great job!

Thank You for playing! <3

I feel depressed :DDD

Is it possible to win the game?

Developer(+1)

It's not... because ... it's an analogy ...of life...

XDD Thank You for playing!

Overall, I like the theme of this game, the visuals, sounds and the music are nice, sound design is very good. What bugged me during the game is in my opinion very aggressive camera and the pixel perfectness of the jumping, not being very responsive to the input (that made the jumping annoying). What could have fixed this are coyote time and having a little time offset to remember that the player pressed the jump button. They are small tweaks, but make the platformer experience way better. Here is a nice video where they talk about it: https://youtu.be/yorTG9at90g?si=2xSYRct0avFVh5VM&t=570

Wow ! Thank You for advice <3

Kurt Cobain would be proud. Whenever I fell even though there was a platform just second ago before I jumped up, I wanted to end it all.

I did like how the pills incentivized jumping in certain way.
It would be nice if there was a victory - maybe there is and I am just hopeless or there isn't because the struggle never ends.

XDD Thank You for playing and advice <3

There is no victory. Like in life, you just have to keep trying and last as long as possible. It is not a very happy game. But thank you for playing

That‘s an interesting way to interpret the theme :D Had a bit of a struggle to get used to the sensitivity, but it ended up being fun
