Is there a way to see my purchase transactions or order history?

I feel like I'm just missing something obvious, but while I can find the library of things I've purchased, I can't find any list of money I've spent. Is that information accessible anywhere?

In list format? Probably not. You do not even need an account to buy on Itch. Maybe your email software can sort all the purchase mails in a nice list view, but it will not tell the amount in the header.

Is that a thing other stores have as a feature?

Most online stores keep a record of your purchases, sometimes limited to a certain time period, but it's common for them to do so.

On Steam, in your wallet section, you have an option to review your past purchases. On GOG, there's a section called "Orders History" that lists all your purchases and how much you paid.

I dare say all online stores keep a record of your purchases. It's just a question how you can browse those purchases. The wallet on Steam is like a, well, a wallet. It lists transactions, which often are purchases, but can be other things, like refunds, increasing funds and such.

Itch has no list, but I guess it is because they have no wallet and everything you can buy is either a project or a bundle. So they just list all bundles and projects you "own" in your library in their library view. Hmm. For a collection there is two ways of displaying it. I wonder why there is no list overview for the purchase library. Or a hide function for the people that make that purchase list public, but do not want to show all things they bought. Itch does lack a lot of features one might expect.

Go  "account setting" -> "Data export" -> "Request data export".

Itch generates an .html file with all your account information.
In that HTML file, look for the "purchases" section.

EDIT:
To associate each payment with a specific game, you will need to check the "purchases" ID against the "Owned products" ID.

Thanks! I'm kicking myself for not keeping purchase emails, going forward I'm definitely going to sort them in a "receipts" folder.

If you can find the page to the product you purchased, it may tell at the top of the screen right below the Download button.

(Note: This might not work for PWYW items, but for those, there’s a different section in your library that lists donations - though, it’s a bit more difficult to find.)

Not only does that seem to work (thanks!) but I just realized when I click a product in my library after filtering Purchases it doesn't take me to the product page but rather a page that says:

Thank you for purchasing Crocotile 3D by Alex.

You purchased the software on 2025-01-16 01:22:54 for $24.00 (20% off) with the email blah blah blah

while I can find the library of things I've purchased

I assumed you found that, but wanted a list overview, like the Steam wallet does ;-)

Yeah, the purchase collection links to the unique pages you got sent by email.

In retrospect it is pretty dumb that I found the purchase collection but didn't actually click on the thumbnails there. I just went "darn doesn't show the prices on this page, better look elsewhere". I did say I feel like I'm missing something obvious :P
