I feel like I'm just missing something obvious, but while I can find the library of things I've purchased, I can't find any list of money I've spent. Is that information accessible anywhere?
Is that a thing other stores have as a feature?
Most online stores keep a record of your purchases, sometimes limited to a certain time period, but it's common for them to do so.
On Steam, in your wallet section, you have an option to review your past purchases. On GOG, there's a section called "Orders History" that lists all your purchases and how much you paid.
I dare say all online stores keep a record of your purchases. It's just a question how you can browse those purchases. The wallet on Steam is like a, well, a wallet. It lists transactions, which often are purchases, but can be other things, like refunds, increasing funds and such.
Itch has no list, but I guess it is because they have no wallet and everything you can buy is either a project or a bundle. So they just list all bundles and projects you "own" in your library in their library view. Hmm. For a collection there is two ways of displaying it. I wonder why there is no list overview for the purchase library. Or a hide function for the people that make that purchase list public, but do not want to show all things they bought. Itch does lack a lot of features one might expect.
Go "account setting" -> "Data export" -> "Request data export".
Itch generates an .html file with all your account information.
In that HTML file, look for the "purchases" section.
EDIT:
To associate each payment with a specific game, you will need to check the "purchases" ID against the "Owned products" ID.
Not only does that seem to work (thanks!) but I just realized when I click a product in my library after filtering Purchases it doesn't take me to the product page but rather a page that says:
Thank you for purchasing Crocotile 3D by Alex.
You purchased the software on 2025-01-16 01:22:54 for $24.00 (20% off) with the email blah blah blah
