How does the game fit the theme?
It switches to places, which is strange ig.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All the assets are just squares, circles and triangles which are in unity. Codes are made by me from scratch, trust :D.

Classic first project and honestly i can't find faults with it. I really liked the way the cube exploded. It obviously feels devoid of too much content but it's to be expected with a solo dev so i won't be too harsh. Keep it up! If you have time check out our game!

Developer

Thanks for checking out my game. I've tried yours too, yours was really good compared to me honestly.

Wonderful work!!!

Nice first submission. Starting with a flappy-bird style mechanic and then introducing different challenge patterns was a smart choice because it keeps the gameplay from feeling too repetitive. The moment where the world switches is a cool surprise if you go in without knowing about it.

The core mechanic works and it’s easy to understand what the player needs to do,.

One thing that could make it even better is gradually increasing the challenge as the run goes on so the tension keeps building. A few extra sound effects could also make the actions feel more satisfying.

Overall though, this is a really good starting point for a first game jam. Keep going with it.

Thanks for checking out my game and yeah, I did thought of the difficulty but I ran out of time. Thanks for the advice, would do this on other games I might make in the future.

Congrats on your first game! The gameplay loop starts with a flappy bird style section and then switches into different challenge patterns, which is a neat idea. It’s a solid first step and a good start overall. Nice work!

Thanks for checking out my game :D

Congrats on your first game! This is pretty good and a cool spin on the flappy bird!

Thanks :D

My first game that I created was also a flappy bird clone :). For your first Game Jam this is good work!

Developer

Yeah, flappy bird is simple but fun, thanks for checking out my game.

You welcome;>>

if it's not a big problem - Can you try my too

Yup, I've tried yours. I don't understand russian tho and well, yeah I was stuck in the lower bathroom and unable to get out. It fits the theme but seems incomplete. If I'm reading correctly, you said that there were supposed to be 3 more devs but they abandoned due to personal reasons. Other than the 2 rooms, I'm unable to find any new rooms. But still a cool game idea tho.

Could do with a better difficulty curve. but a cool version of the theme. Nice!

Developer

Thanks.

I like the idea! I didn't read anything before playing, so switching worlds was a nice surprise! I do agree that a steeper difficulty curve would've been nice. But not bad!

Developer

Thanks for checking out my game. I did thought of a difficulty slider but didn't had enough time as I've wasted my time thinking of ideas. I'm still a new and learning game dev and your idea is truly helpful. Again, thanks for checking out my game. Have a great day :)

A neat concept! I would have loved to see some sort of difficulty curve, like the projectiles getting faster, and more sounds. I had fun though. Good job submitting! I got a high score of 1872.

Developer

Thanks a lot for checking out my game. I've also thought of it but haven't managed to make it in time, your comment was truly helpful. Again, thank you so much for checking out my game.
