These people are so mean! Getting angry at my bad book recommendations because they can't tell me what they want properly, can't you give me a better hint? I don't have any cookbooks! 
In all seriousness, this game is really cozy, and I was surprised how many characters you drew! I was a little flustered at how often the customers went away disappointed, but it ended up being kinda funny.

That's an excellent concept! And a lot of content of just 3 days of work as well, good work! I could see this as a great full-fledged narrative game, with concurring patrons and their stories. Would need some quality of life features and better pacing, as I was scrolling through the list of books back and forth to find a perfect match (but rarely did :D), there were too many books all at once, and I'm not that familiar with the authors. But that's understandable considering that the proper balancing and progression would take much time to make. Would love to see the concept expanded into full game!

Very cozy and polished game. As some other people said i'm also a very bad book seller because i know nothing in litterature and the customers are not simply saying "Hey, i want a fantasy book" but it adds some deepness to this little game. I loved the music, the transitions between scenes, the attention of the details. Great job!

Really cozy game, I made almost all my customers angry but the game is well polished with much content. The art style is cool. Good job !

Great game. I was a horrible book store owner and my customers hated me. But seeing the amount of content in the game with all the different books that are all real titles... A book nerd would love a game like this!

One of my favorites, if not my favorite, from this jam.
It has a unique, heartwarming feel, enhanced by its clever use of reflection, setting it apart from other games I’ve played.
Great the art style too.

Excellent work in just 3 days! It feels like the game was in development for about a month, you're great! I felt ashamed of my lack of knowledge of classical literature (at least I recognized some of the works and authors in :D).

It would be great if you developed this project further!

What a surprise ! I loved the idea and the execution. The tone is great, and the little touches of humor in the dialogue are really fun. The book selection is awesome too, and the drawings are gorgeous, gg, great work ! Straight 5/5 across the board

The game is super sweet and has a lovely little story! The typing speed is a little slow for me but overall it's a cute ad cozy game
