How does the game fit the theme?
The map is randomly generated at runtime, and i think that makes it a pretty strange place.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I acquired sound effects from pixabay.com, then modified them to fit the game. Everything else was made during the jam.

Very trippy game!!! I loved the aesthetic, the concept is also super interesting.
This game is nice! I really got into this random generation mechanics. Nice project!
I don't understand this game. There is no way to flee, either the void gets you or doesn't. So basically, I just run around, collect something and turn around until I die. That's not very fun :(
The way you escape the monster is by running into the nearest room the monster isn't in. The monster despawns when the room it is in despawns.
But where IS the monster
Sometimes it spawns and it makes some rooms dark. It's a little hard to see in the web version because for some reason it's way darker than the downloadable version.
Dude... I am trying to think of something critical for you but that was awesome! Not a single bug or issue, the game was fun, the concept was original. Great job!
Oh, I have one thing for ya - the embed is too large for the page. I was able to go into fullscreen so it played fine, but just a page design tip - don't set the embed to 1920x1080. It will spill off the sides of the page. ;)
I like the style and the atmosphere. Disorientation is part of why it hits this theme very good, but only part I don't get is how to get away from the void when it starts chasing you. Overall good job on this, pretty nice experience! :)
Played the game for quite a few rounds, but I have to confess I don't really understand how the game works, nor how to properly play the game. It might be a bit unfair to give my comments now, but currently, to me, it boils down to randomly turning around to see if the path generates, and it depends on luck if the orb spawns or not. Got to 3/6 in my best attempt :(
Let me know what the intended way to play the game is, and I would probably have another go :)

I hope you like the game 😁
The gameplay was quite great, although i manage to bug your game a lot (lol), This game can be great if there were a threshold of agression of "THE VOID" as level increases, btw great game
Cheers, Silent Comet
I liked the concept! The gameplay was also fun. My best was probably midway around phase 3. My suggestion would be to make the void a bit more "out-playable". It could be just that I'm bad lol, but I always felt like it just showed up in an unavoidable way. I tried quite a few times but could never really escape
Can't say this isn't a strange place. Was really fun, got to 6/12 but then got a bug where I got stuck in a two sized room and no more rooms generated.
I liked this a lot, gave psx vibes which I really enjoyed, also the room changing was really smooth and kinda messed me up the first time, in a good way. I did get a bug at some point where the room became 1 tile big, with 4 walls, and i kinda got stuck. but restarting fixed it and didnt get it after that. Also really liked that just kind of have to immediatly ignore the void and just do a 180 everytime you heard him, pretty funny. Overall I really liked it!
Great game! Keep it up!❤
Sometimes it's very hard to escape the void but it's a great idea for the theme!
Really great game with cool idea. How did you manage to create this cool seamless level generation?
