Everything has a cost - In We Don't Have Many Days, everything you do has a cost. The main character is struggling with depression and her tries to battle it are not costless. With every day it's getting harder and harder for her to do even simple tasks, something people without depression might find hard to understand. Because we ourselves battle mental illnesses, we wanted to share our experiences with them in a realistic manner.
Pigs - We included pigs in the aesthetic of the whole game, in UI and art of the game. It is supposed to be a contrast to the internal life of Amy, the main character.

I really like your interpretation of the theme and how you extrapolated it into a form that not only affects the game systems, but the story and core themes.

man this hit way too close to home, making simple tasks like brushing teeth actually have a "cost" is such a smart, realistic way to portray the weight of depression. the cute pig theme is a great contrast to the internal struggle amy is going through, and that music is gorgeous. definitely stimulated my tear ducts with this one.. really moving work,deserves the all five stars, also feel free to check my game out too lol

Hi. I would very much like to propose you impliment some sort of web based version. It can make or break a jam submission since a lot of people do not touch anything that's download only. Your game looks amazing however <3

Nice work! It really felt like you had something to say with this. I think the gameplay was a little clunky at times, and there were definitely some unfinished elements (what was up with the package?? lol). Loved the overall aesthetics. But ultimately, the main thing you focused on was narrative, which, while clunky in its execution, had heart and I enjoyed it.
