There are things through out the game that hint at what you need to do. I'll give you a few hints here.  

1. The credits give you a hint. 
2. The jumping game gives you a hint
3. The 2D house section will be where you can use those hints to find your ending. (If you get to your brothers room you've gone too far)

it feels obtuse having to leave a comment, and a review separately. 

In fact several of my friends that have viewed my game and tried leaving reviews are confused when I mention "A comment is also appreciated" they say "I just did that" not realizing reviews are entirely separate. 

If people genuinely like this system at least have a check box to "leave as comment" as well when reviewing.

Not when you encounter the Mantis

This is fun and dumb. 

Improvements:

• Faster animations especially with a large fridge.
• Lock in button instead of instantly eating as soon as the slots are full. There's plenty of items that can be used effectively if given this opportunity. 
• Uncap days but just have less days to complete be considered a better score. 

There is 2 endings once you enter the store.

Ending Silly: While being chased by the mantis you can go to the bathroom instead. <3

If you join Mini-jam and make a game, you can post your own game for people to play, BUT ALSO you can say "I'll play your game, and you play mine" to get more people interested in playing. 

It's a good way to help each other out. Win win situation.

I understand the desire to make a game, but you really need to not spam on multiple pages looking for help. 

If you maybe had a decent library of games you created then messaging some people (but very few) could be a good way to network. 

But this is not how you do that. 

You are better off posting as a beginner to a subreddit looking for OTHER new people to try and make a simple game. 

Maybe join the Mini-Jam would be a good start. You can meet similar people who need teams and are super new.

I contemplated making it more obvious but tbh seeing people's brains work was far more rewarding. 
People often times want the easiest possible thing, instead of the most satisfying thing.

Hey I was the guy that made the title. I'd suggest creating a WEBGL compatible build so people don't have to download your game to play it. 

Realistically one of the main reasons this hasn't taken off. 

I am quite impressed with your development. I hope you guys continue to pursue the world of game creation.

Friend didnt know what to look for after basically mastering survival. We survived for a long time and just couldnt find the last hatch. 

Jesus damn that was a blast. The gameplay yes was basic, the music yes was too loud lol, but the way controlling the character feels is so fun to play as. Love it!

That was a fun game. It is cool that it wasn't obvious all through out
